Mr Gay World 2014, the 6th Mr Gay World competition, was held in Rome, Italy on August 31, 2014. At the end of the event Chris Olwage, Mr Gay World 2013 from New Zealand crowned Stuart Hatton Mr. Gay U.K., his successor as Mr Gay World 2014.

Mr Gay Europe is a male competition for gay Europeans about important LGBTQIA+ themes. Every year a new Mr. Gay Europe will be crowned, who will be an ambassador for the LGBTQIA+ community. It was founded by its former President, Morten Rudå and its current President, Tore Aasheim; and was hosted for the first time in 2005.

Miss Mexico is a national Beauty pageant in Mexico. It is responsible for selecting the country's delegates to international beauty contests: Miss World, Mister World, and other minor international pageants such as Miss Supranational, Miss Cosmo and Miss United Continents.

Mister World 2012 was the 7th edition of the Mister World competition. It was held at the Kent County Showground, Kent, England, on November 24, 2012. Kamal Ibrahim of Ireland crowned Francisco Escobar of Colombia at the end of the event.

Mister World 2014 was the 8th edition of the Mister World competition. It was held at The Riviera International Conference Centre in Torbay, Devon, England on June 15, 2014. Francisco Javier Escobar Parra of Colombia crowned Nicklas Pedersen of Denmark at the end of the event.

Grasim Mr. India was a national male beauty pageant in India that annually selected representatives to compete globally at Mr. International, Mister World, Mr. Intercontinental and Best Model of the World. In the years 1996 and 1998, the winner of the contest represented India at Mister World contest. Later the title was changed to "Mr. India" International and the winner was sent to compete at Mr. International pageant. Later in 2007 and 2008, Hayward 5000 organized Mr India pageant and the winner was sent to Mister World. In 2010 and 2012, Grasim Mr. India again sent its winner to Mister World and the title was renamed Mr India World. Since 2014, The Times Group owns the right to organize Mr India World contest and its winner represents India at Mister World.

Sushant Divgikar, also known as Rani Ko-HE-Nur, is an Indian model, actor, singer, columnist, motivational speaker, drag queen, pageant director, and video jockey. In July 2014, they were crowned Mr Gay India 2014. They represented India at Mr Gay World 2014. They won various special awards during Mr Gay World 2014, and have been the only delegate from India to win three sub awards. Divgikar is the first Indian and the first delegate from any country to have won a record 3 individual sub titles and 2 group sub titles at the Mr Gay World 2014 contest.

Mr Gay World India is a national beauty pageant that selects its winner to represent India at gay pageants globally, including to the annual Mr Gay World competition. The National Director and Producer of the organization is the director of Mist LGBTQ Foundation, Sriram Sridhar.

Mr. Nepal is a male beauty pageant held in Nepal. Founded in 2001, it is currently organized by Next Models Nepal, a Kathmandu-based modeling agency. The current Mr. Nepal is Santosh Lokshum of Jhapa who was crowned on August 24, 2024 in Kathmandu.

Mister World 2019 was the tenth edition of the Mister World competition. It was held on 23 August 2019 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Rohit Khandelwal of India crowned Jack Heslewood of England as his successor at the end of the event.

Francesco "Frankie" Anthony Cena is a Canadian television presenter, musician and debate coach. He was born in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. He is known for being Mister World Canada in 2012, competing at Mister World that same year, and for later co-hosting multiple Mr. World and Miss World competitions.

Ashley Peternella is an Aruban tv host and beauty pageant titleholder. He hosted OUTtv and also was crowned Mister World Netherlands 2019 and Mr Gay Aruba.

Mister World 2024 will be the eleventh edition of the Mister World competition, held on 23 November 2024 at NovaWorld Phan Thiết in Bình Thuận, Vietnam.
