Murchegan (Persian : مورچگان, also Romanized as Mūrchegān; also known as Moochkan and Mūchegān) [1] is a village in Jahangiri Rural District, in the Central District of Masjed Soleyman County, Khuzestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its existence was noted, but its population was not reported. [2]
