The Muskegon Area Transit System (MATS) is the primary provider of mass transportation in Muskegon County, Michigan. Service is provided from Monday through Friday along seven routes. The agency also provides a Complementary ADA Paratransit Service that operates within 3/4 mile of the fixed routes. A micro-transit service called Go2 provides on-demand service Monday-Saturday. Go2 is sponsored by MATS and provided by Via. In 2022, the system had a ridership of 206,900, or about 900 per weekday as of the first quarter of 2023.

Knoxville Area Transit (KAT) is the operator of public transportation in Knoxville, Tennessee. Twenty-five routes operate. Service on KAT routes operate weekdays and Saturdays with routes 11, 12, 20, 22, 23, 31, 33, 34 and 41 and 42 offering Sunday service. All routes, except for routes 13,16, 19, 44 and 90 start at the Knoxville Station in Downtown. The Knoxville Trolley is a free shuttle service which provides service to the university and the downtown area. KAT formerly operated the transit service for the University of Tennessee, known as The T. Beach Cities Transit provides mass transportation for the Los Angeles beach city suburbs of Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, and El Segundo. The two routes provide both local service and afford a variety of opportunities to connect with the rest of the Greater Los Angeles Transportation grid. The system began in 2005, taking over lower-ridership routes from Los Angeles Metro. In 2022, the system had a ridership of 306,500, or about 800 per weekday as of the first quarter of 2023.

The Rockford Mass Transit District is the public transportation operator for the metro area of Rockford, Illinois. The core of the system is contained in The City Loop, which interconnects with every other service. In 2022, the system had a ridership of 941,400, or about 3,300 per weekday as of the first quarter of 2023.

Eleven routes run hourly on Monday through Saturday, with seven of them meeting in a downtown transit center. Battle Creek Transit is the primary provider of mass transportation in Calhoun County, Michigan, United States. Eight Routes provide service from Monday through Saturday. In 2007, all buses were equipped with bike racks. Nearly 500 designated stops are available within the system. Current service times area 5:15 am – 6:45 pm Monday-Friday, 9:15 am – 5:15 pm Saturday. No service on Sunday or major holidays. In 2022, the system had a ridership of 248,700, or about 1,300 per weekday as of the first quarter of 2023.

The Brazos Transit District, branded as The District, is the primary provider of mass transportation in a 16-county area of East Texas. The agency was established in 1974 as the Brazos Valley Transit Authority, with the primary purpose of providing fixed routes for Bryan and College Station, plus rural demand response service. Today, two separate urban areas feature fixed routes, Paratransit, Demand and Response plus a series of commuter buses for several Houston suburbs. In 2022, the system had a ridership of 294,700, or about 1,300 per weekday as of the first quarter of 2023.
