The music video,directed by Chris Corner,features Corner dressed as a woman,the video's lead female character,and Heap as a man,the lead male character. He stated in an interview that when he wrote it he pictured the characters as siblings,who have a romantic,possibly incestuous,relationship. [2] The video is featured on the CD single.

Frou Frou are a British electronic duo composed of singer Imogen Heap and producer-songwriter Guy Sigsworth. They released their only album,Details, in 2002. The duo wrote,produced,and played instruments on the tracks,while Heap also provided lead vocals. In 2004,they recorded a cover of "Holding Out for a Hero" by Bonnie Tyler,which was used in the credits of the 2004 film Shrek 2. Frou Frou amicably disbanded later that year.

The Alternative is the second album by English musical artist IAMX,released on 28 April 2006 in Europe and a year later in the UK and Ireland. It was re-issued on Metropolis Records in the US on 6 May 2008. It is the second IAMX album to contain tracks intended for the aborted Sneaker Pimps album SP4. 2008 US editions differ significantly from the original 2006 version. Many of the songs were significantly re-recorded or remixed,most noticeably "The Negative Sex" and "Spit It Out",as well as "The Alternative","Nightlife" and "Song of Imaginary Beings". "This Will Make You Love Again" is among a handful of songs to have been edited to include vocals by Janine Gezang. The re-released versions also include a string version of "Spit It Out" as a hidden track. The original album and the reissues also have different covers.

Chris Corner described Kingdom of Welcome Addiction as being "like Disney World but with lipstick,cynicism and wit". It is the first IAMX album not to feature the vocals of Sue Denim,as well as being the first not to include any SP4 tracks.
Ellipse is the third studio album from British singer-songwriter Imogen Heap. After returning from a round the world writing trip,Heap completed the album at her childhood home in Essex,converting her old playroom in the basement into a studio. The album got its name from the distinctive elliptical shape of the house. The album's title was confirmed by Heap via her Twitter page on 25 April 2009,after being leaked onto the internet on 23 April. On 15 June,Heap confirmed that the album would be released on 24 August 2009 in the United Kingdom on Megaphonic Records and 25 August in North America on RCA Records and Epic Records and distributed by Sony BMG.

Volatile Times is the fourth studio album from IAMX. It was released on 18 March 2011 and the tracks on the album keep alive the cabaret-esque and dark electronic sound that Chris Corner has become known for. The track "Volatile Times" was featured on season 1 episode 5 of How to Get Away with Murder,both the US and instrumental versions of "I Salute You Christopher" on episode 11,as well as the US version of "Music People" on episode 14.
"Your Joy Is My Low" is a song by IAMX,taken from his first studio album Kiss + Swallow. It was first released on IAMX's debut promo EP Your Joy Is My Low in Austria during his first tour in June 2004. Only 222 copies were made available. A one track promo CD single was released in 2004 by Belgian label Anorak Supersport.
"Volatile Times" is a song by IAMX,which was released as the third single from the studio album Volatile Times. A remix EP was released as a digital download as well as a CD,with only 500 copies available for distribution and all pre-orders were signed by Chris himself.
"Spectrum" is a song by English indie rock band Florence and the Machine from their second studio album Ceremonials (2011). It was written by lead singer Florence Welch and Paul Epworth with production being handled by Epworth. The band premiered the song during a concert at Brooklyn's Creators Project on 15 October 2011,prior to the release of the album. The album version of "Spectrum" is a downtempo orchestral pop,R&B,krautrock and disco song. The accompanying music video for the song premiered on 30 May 2012. It was directed by David LaChapelle and John Byrne.
