Nô Pintcha dos Mosteiros, full name Nô Pintcha Futebol Clube and No Pintcha Futebol Clube dos Mosteiros (also as do Fogo) is a football (soccer) club that currently plays in the Fogo Island League currently in the Premier Division in Cape Verde. It is based in the town of Mosteiros in the northeast of the island. The club is an affiliate to Portugal's S.L. Benfica alongside other affiliates in Cape Verde such as CD Travadores, Benfica Praia, Paulense, São Nicolau's SC Atlético and Sport Sal Rei Club of Boa Vista.

Cape Verde or Cabo Verde, officially the Republic of Cabo Verde, is an island country spanning an archipelago of 10 volcanic islands in the central Atlantic Ocean. It forms part of the Macaronesia ecoregion, along with the Azores, Canary Islands, Madeira, and the Savage Isles. In ancient times these islands were referred to as "the Islands of the Blessed" or the "Fortunate Isles". Mosteiros is a city in the northeastern part of the island of Fogo, Cape Verde. It is situated on the coast, 24 km northeast of the island capital São Filipe. It is the seat of the Mosteiros Municipality and of the civil parish Nossa Senhora da Ajuda. At the 2010 census its population was 4,124, making it the island's second most populated place.

The name is a Cape Verdean form of Nos Pinchas (ALUPEK: no Pintxa).

The clubs is commonly known as Nô Pintcha dos Mosteiros to avoid confusion with another club of the same name based on the nearby island of Brava.

Clube Desportivo Nô Pintcha is a football club in Cape Verde that plays in the Brava Island Division in Cape Verde. It is based in Cidade Nova Sintra the island of Brava.

Its logo is the approximate equivalent to the Portuguese S.L. Benfica's logo. Its logo is the same but the club name which reads FCNP in a blue tag.

History

In recent years, the club finished fourth with 32 points and had 9 wins and scored 25 goals, they conceded 18 goals. In the 2014-15 season, the lost the first two matches, the second was lost to Baxada 7-1 on a rescheduled match due to volcanic clouds hovering much of the island, they were great after a 4-6 victory over União São Lourenço, on March 28, they defeated the same club 6-2, goals scoring success came as they defeated Parque Real 8-1 at the 16th round. Their positions lowered in 2015 and had 21 points 6 wins and 9 losses but scored 41 goals. Their position was better in 2016 as well as the cup competition. In the Premier Division, they finished 6th with 22 points, seven wins and a draw, they scored less numbering 26 goals. In the cup competitions, they advanced up to the finals and the final match would feature Académica Fogo. In the 2016-17 season, their goals scoring was also a success, a moderate on January 28 where they defeated Baxada 5-1 at its home field, on February 18 at the same home field, they defeated last placed Juventude 6-1, in their next challenge with a Cova Figueira club, Baxada, they scored what became the region's second highest scoring match defeating that club 4-11 and throwing that club out of the Premier Division in the following season, this was their recent win. Nô Pintcha dos Mosteiros finished fifth with 31 points, another position up and had 10 wins and again a draw, 47 goals were scored, more than half were scored by Luizim numbering 26 goals which was the most in the region.

The club started off the 2017-18 season with 9th place as they lost the match with Spartak d'Aguadinha 3-1 in the first round. On November 18, the club partly suffered as they lost to Académica do Fogo at 1-6 and is currently the region's worst match of any club for the season, the club was 9th behind Cutelinho and ahead of ABC de Patim. Nô Pintcha's position recently rose to seventh where they are as of the 8th round, they scored 11 goals, more than Vulcânicos, one of the region's top three clubs, it was fourth behind the region's other top three Botafogo and Académica, and Spartak. As their scoring was moderate, the club's highest scoring match of the season was a 0-3 win over Valência, also the club had three wins and draws. On the opposites, Nô Pintcha conceded the second most with 16 goals behind ABC de Patim at the 7th round, they both conceded 18 goals, the worst in the region alongside Cutelinho. Also their goal totals dropped to fifth behind Vulcânicos. The club is 7th place with 10 points and conceded the second most behind ABC de Patim. At the 10th round, their goals conceded alongside ABC Patim has become the worst in the region with 22 goals, two more than Cutelinho. On January 21, they lost to the mighty club of Vulcânicos 3-0. A week later, they made a win over ailing ABC Patim and was seventh, they had 15 goals scored, still fifth. Nô Pintcha continued to have the worst, 26 goals conceded, the worst in the Premier Division. Nô Pintcha suffered two more losses before a win over Atlético (also based in Mosteiros) was made in Mosteiros with the score 6-3 at the 15th round. Nô Pintcha is 6th place and fully escaped the relegation zone, 24 goals were scored fifth behind Botafogo's and Spartak's 28, the only worst was they conceded 33 goals, second worst behind ABC de Patim. Nô Pintcha lost to Nova Era on March 10 and finally kept to still be a Premier Division club. Nô Pintcha scored nothing in a match with Botafogo. The final match of the season will be with Cutelinho. The club scored 24, fifth in Fogo and conceded 35, third worst.
