Nador West Med (Nador Med) is a planned Moroccan transshipment port under construction in the Bay of Betoya, located at the estuary of the Kert River, 30 km west of the city of Nador, in the eastern Rif region, northeastern Morocco. [1] The container component of Nador West Med is designed with an initial capacity of 3 million TEU, with the possibility of a 2 million TEU increase. [2]
