The Naimoli Family Baseball Complex is a baseball venue in Teaneck, New Jersey. It is home to the Fairleigh Dickinson Knights baseball team of the NCAA Division I Northeast Conference. [1] The facility is named for the family of Vince Naimoli, a Fairleigh Dickinson alumnus. Built in 2011, the facility has a capacity of 500 spectators. [2]

History

The field was built prior to the 2011 season. In 2007, its namesake, Vince Naimoli, donated $1 million for the facility's construction. Naimoli graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson in 1964 and was the first principal owner of the Tampa Bay Devil Rays. [3]

The complex hosted its first game on April 8, 2011, in which Fairleigh Dickinson lost to Long Island 3–1. [4] [5] The field was not completed until partway through the season, and the team hosted games at a variety of venues during the first part of the 2011 season. [6] [7]

James J. McCann Baseball Field is a baseball venue in Poughkeepsie, New York, United States. It is home to the Marist Red Foxes baseball team of the NCAA Division I Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC). The facility has a seated capacity of 350 spectators. It opened in 1992. The field's namesake is James J. McCann, a Poughkeepsie native and supporter of Marist athletics.

Eagle Field at Veterans Memorial Park is a baseball venue in Harrisonburg, Virginia, United States. It is home to the James Madison Dukes baseball team of the NCAA Division I Colonial Athletic Association. The Harrisonburg Turks of the collegiate summer Valley Baseball League also use the field, which opened in March 2010 and has a capacity of 1,200 spectators.

Greg Herenda is an American basketball coach and former player. He is the former head coach of the Fairleigh Dickinson Knights men's basketball team. He previously served as the head coach at UMass Lowell.

The 2022 LIU Sharks men's volleyball team, the first ever LIU men's volleyball team, represents Long Island University Brooklyn in the 2022 NCAA Division I & II men's volleyball season. The Sharks, led by first year head coach Shawn Patchell, play their home games at Steinberg Wellness Center. The Sharks compete as an Independent. However the Sharks will join the newly created Northeast Conference men's volleyball conference in 2023.
