Nicola Trentin (born 20 June 1974) is a former Italian long jumper.
He won the bronze medal at the 2001 Mediterranean Games. [1] He also participated at the World Championships in 1999 and 2003, the World Indoor Championships in 2004 and the 2004 Olympic Games without reaching the final.
His personal best jump is 8.20 metres, achieved in July 2003 in Padova. The Italian record currently belongs to Andrew Howe with 8.47 metres. [2] He has 21 caps in national team from 1996 to 2006. [3]

Andrew Howe is an American-born Italian athlete who specializes in the long jump and sprinting. He won this event as well as the 200 metres at the 2004 World Junior Championships. He was successful at senior level at a young age, winning a long jump bronze at the 2006 IAAF World Indoor Championships before becoming the European Champion later that year. In 2007 he became the European Indoor Champion and won the silver medal at the 2007 World Championships in Athletics.
