The Novo Basquete Brasil awards (English: New Basketball Brazil awards) are the yearly individual awards that are given by Brazil's top-tier level men's professional club basketball league, the Novo Basquete Brasil (NBB) (New Basketball Brazil).
The NBB MVP is a New Basket Brazil award given to the best performing player of the season. It has been given since the first season of the Brazilian league, in 2009. The greatest winner is the forward Marcelinho Machado, with two consecutive awards. The award is given at the end of the season, at the wrap party of the championship, one day after the final game. Before the event, three candidates are announced and during the event the winner is chosen.

The NBB Finals MVP is the MVP award of the final playoff series of the top professional basketball league in Brazil, the NBB. The award has been given out since the 2010–11 NBB season. In the 2018–19 season, the award started being sponsored by Budweiser and called Troféu Amaury Pasos de MVP Bud das Finais, in honor of legendary player and former FIBA Basketball World Cup MVP, Amaury Pasos. The winner of the award in all of the 6 times that it was given so far is the shooting guard Alex Garcia, who won the award six times. The NBB Revelation Player is a New Basket Brazil award given since the 2009–10 NBB season to the player considered the greatest discovery of the season. Normally the award is given to player who attended the NBB Under-22, also called Liga de Desenvolvimento de Basquete, but this is not a rule. The first two awards were not given to players from NBB Under-22. The award is given at the end of the season, at the wrap party of the championship, one day after the final game. Before the event, three candidates are announced and during the event the winner is chosen.

The NBB Troféu Ary Vidal (NBB Ary Vidal Trophy) Coach of the Year is a New Basket Brazil award, given since the NBB 2009 to the best head coach of the season. The trophy given to the winner is called Ary Vidal Trophy, in a tribute to one of the greatest Brazilian coaches in history. Before the event, three candidates are announced and during the event the winner is chosen.

The Campeonato Brasileiro de Basquete is the annual championship title of the top-tier level men's professional basketball league in Brazil. Over the years, the championship has been held under different leagues. From 1990 to 2008, the top-tier level league competition in Brazil also held the name of Campeonato Brasileiro de Basquete.
The Associação Bauru Basketball Team, commonly known as Bauru Basquete, and also known as Zopone Gocil Bauru for name sponsorship reasons, is a Brazilian professional basketball team that is based in Bauru, São Paulo, Brazil. The club plays Brazil's top-tier level league, the Novo Basquete Brasil (NBB).
The NBB All-Star Game is an annual game involving the All-Star players of each season of the Novo Basquete Brasil, which is the top-tier level Brazilian professional club basketball league. The players are chosen by votes on the Internet, and are then divided into two teams. The criterion for the selection of the teams has varied during the years. In the first edition of the NBB All-Star Game, the teams were divided into team Ubiratan, with light jerseys, and formed by the best players of each position; and team Rosa Branca, with dark jerseys, and formed by the second top players in each position. In the second edition, they were chosen by votes on the Internet, and divided into team Pedroca and team Kanela. In the third and fourth editions, the teams were selected in the same way, but formed into team NBB Brasil, formed by the best Brazilian players of the season, and team NBB Mundo, formed by the best foreign players of the season.
The NBB All-Star Weekend is an annual event involving the All-Star players of each season of the Novo Basquete Brasil, which is the top-tier level Brazilian professional club basketball league. This event features the NBB Dunks Tournament and the NBB Three-point Tournament, and the NBB Skills Challenge. The NBB All-Star Weekend also features the NBB All-Star Game, as its main event.
Novo Basquete Brasil (NBB) is the Brazilian basketball league, created in 2008 as the new format to the Campeonato Brasileiro de Basquete. NBB is fully organized by the participating clubs, as an attempt to reorganize and rebuild the Brazilian basketball. The form of dispute follows a similar model adopted by the NBA and European countries. The first edition was disputed by fifteen teams playing each other in the round and second round at the classification stage. At the end of two rounds, the top eight teams qualify for the playoffs in best of five matches, advances to the next phase who win three games.

David Wayne Jackson Jr. is an American professional basketball player for Minas of Novo Basquete Brasil (NBB). A 6'3" combo guard, he played high school basketball in Maryland and North Carolina and attended Gulf Coast Community College in Florida after he failed to academically qualify to play Division I basketball. After two years at Gulf Coast he transferred to Penn State, where he played his last two years of eligibility. After going undrafted in the 2007 NBA Draft he started his professional career in Uruguay with Defensor Sporting. He has earned several accolades while playing in South America, including two MVP awards, multiple all-star selections and an LNB scoring title in 2010.
