The Novokuybyshevsk Constituency (No.151 [lower-alpha 1] ) was a Russian legislative constituency in the Samara Oblast. The constituency covered Samara suburbs, Novokuybyshevsk and rural northern Samara Oblast. In 2016 redistricting the constituency was dismantled with Novokuybyshevsk being placed into Samara constituency, Chapayevsk into Zhigulyovsk constituency, east-central Samara Oblast (including Kinel and Otradny) into Promyshlenny constituency, while northern Samara Oblast was united with northern Samara into new Krasnoglinsky constituency.

Zhigulyovsk constituency (No.161) is a Russian legislative constituency in Samara Oblast. Until 2007 the constituency, under the name "Syzran constituency", covered cities of Syzran and Zhigulyovsk and large portions of rural western Samara Oblast. In 2016 the constituency was heavily gerrymandered by being stretched to Tolyatti in the Tolyatti constituency and Chapayevsk in the Novokuybyshevsk constituency, and it was renamed "Zhigulyovsk constituency".

Krasnoglinsky constituency (No.160) is a Russian legislative constituency in Samara Oblast. The constituency was created in 2016 and now it covers northern Samara and northern Samara Oblast. In 1993-2007 northern Samara was placed into Promyshlenny constituency, while predominantly rural northern Samara Oblast was a part of now dissolved Novokuybyshevsk constituency.

Kineshma constituency

The Kineshma constituency (No.92) is a Russian legislative constituency in Ivanovo Oblast. Until 2007 the constituency covered most of Ivanovo Oblast east of Ivanovo, however, since 2016 the constituency covers northern half of Ivanovo and northern Ivanovo Oblast.

The Arkhangelsk constituency (No.72) is a Russian legislative constituency in Arkhangelsk Oblast. In 1993-2007 the constituency covered the entirety of Arkhangelsk as well as Severodvinsk and northern Arkhangelsk Oblast. During 2016 redistricting Arkhangelsk constituency shedded parts of Arkhangelsk and several districts to the east to Kotlas constituency but gained the entirety of western Arkhangelsk Oblast.

The Kotlas constituency (No.73) is a Russian legislative constituency in Arkhangelsk Oblast. In 1993-2007 the constituency covered upstate southern Arkhangelsk Oblast, however, in 2016 the constituency was changed: it took parts of Arkhangelsk and traded several districts in western Arkhangelsk Oblast with Arkhangelsk constituency for some territories in the north.

Lyubinsky constituency

The Lyubinsky constituency (No.141) is a Russian legislative constituency in Omsk Oblast. The constituency covers upstate northern Omsk Oblast, in 2015 redistricting the constituency took Sovetsky District of Omsk from Central constituency but gave southwestern Omsk Oblast to Moskalenki constituency.

Zavodsky constituency

The Zavodsky constituency (No.103) is a Russian legislative constituency in Kemerovo Oblast. Until 2007 the constituency covered most of upstate northern Kemerovo Oblast, however, in 2015 it was reconfigured to northeastern part of the region, including parts of Kemerovo.
