Nuclear Psychology is an EP by the American psychedelic rock band Weird Owl, released on February 21, 2007. [1]
The album was partially recorded at Seaside Lounge Studios in Brooklyn, New York City. [2] The EP's cover art is a reference to the cover art for the 1973 album The Dark Side of the Moon by English rock band Pink Floyd. Trevor Tyrrell, guitarist and lead vocalist for Weird Owl, has stated that "the cover was a quick joke having more to do with our self-presumed spot in the continuum of mind-music more than it has to do with any great reverence for Floyd. We felt as if we were the sons of a certain musical father (in a collective sense) and that it was now time for the son to assert his independence". [3]

Ratcat are an Australian indie rock band from Sydney who formed in 1985. The band is fronted by mainstay vocalist and guitarist, Simon Day. Their combination of indie pop song writing and energetic punk-style guitar rock won them fans from both the indie and skate-punk communities. They found mainstream success with their extended play, Tingles, album Blind Love and the single, "Don't Go Now" (April), which all reached No. 1 on the ARIA Charts during 1991. The band released two subsequent albums, however they did not match the earlier chart success. Ratcat ceased performing live regularly in the late 1990s, however they continue to perform sporadically. During their career, much of Ratcat's albums and singles artwork was created by Simon Day.
"Have a Cigar" is the third track on Pink Floyd's 1975 album Wish You Were Here. It follows "Welcome to the Machine" and on the original LP opened side two. In some markets, the song was issued as a single. The song, written by Waters, is his critique of the rampant greed and cynicism so prevalent in the management of rock groups of that era.
Dr. Dog is an American rock band based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. Its lineup consists of Toby Leaman, Scott McMicken, Frank McElroy, Zach Miller (keyboard), and Eric Slick (drums). "Set the Controls for the Heart of the Sun" is a song by the English rock band Pink Floyd. It appeared on their second album, A Saucerful of Secrets (1968). It was written by Roger Waters and features a drum part by Nick Mason played with timpani mallets. The track was planned for release as a single, with "Scream Thy Last Scream", on 8 September, before it was vetoed by the band's record company, EMI. The song was regularly performed between 1967 and 1973 and can be heard on the live disc of the 1969 album Ummagumma and seen in the 1972 movie Pink Floyd: Live at Pompeii. The song is one of two songs from A Saucerful of Secrets that appears on the 2001 compilation album Echoes: The Best of Pink Floyd and is the only song recorded by Pink Floyd to feature material from all five band members, as there are several different guitar parts recorded by both David Gilmour and Syd Barrett.

Chris Robinson Brotherhood was an American blues rock band formed in 2011 by Black Crowes singer Chris Robinson while the Crowes were on hiatus. Garbanotas is a Lithuanian neo-psychedelia rock and indie folk rock band, which started playing in 2008. The band consists of four members, vocalist Šarūnas Joneikis, guitarist Mantas Joneikis, Bassist Kipras Pugačiukas and drummer Mantas Augustaitis. Their first EP, Venera, was released in 2012. Their first album, Above Us, was released in 2015 on Pappa Goose Records. In 2016, the band won the Best Alternative Act in the Lithuanian M.A.M.A. awards. Garbanotas mainly perform in their homeland Lithuania but also toured around the Baltic states and Europe. Their next album Room For You was released on 7 December 2017 with two singles "Last Summer’s Day" and "Long Ago Far Away". After a year of touring and playing live across Lithuania and Europe, Garbanotas announced the release of their fourth album Paskutinė Saulė, at the start of November 2018. Also, unexpectedly Garbanotas changed their name overnight on all social media platforms from “Garbanotas Bosistas” to “Garbanotas”. Their fourth album was released on 3 December 2018 which consists of only Lithuanian songs. The cover art of the album Paskutine Saulė was designed by the band's lead vocalist Šarukas Joneikis.
