The production was handled by Willie G. The song was written by Lil Peep along with Rainy Bear,Baron Black and Willie G. Classified as a combination of emo rap and other subgenres,the song contains lyrics about love and drugs.
The song was originally released alongside Live Forever (2015) through Autnmy,but was later taken down. It re-released posthumously as a single on December 17,2021 through AWAL due to sample clearance issues,and saw a huge surge of popularity on platforms such as TikTok.
