Obakeng Ambrose Ngwigwa (born 9 July 1985 in Serowe) is a Botswana sprinter.
He won the bronze medal over 400 metres at the 2004 World Junior Championships in Athletics with a personal best and national junior record of 45.97 seconds. Obakeng also competed in the 400 metres at the 2006 Commonwealth Games running a time of 47.67 seconds to give him an overall place of 32nd.
From 2006 to 2007, Ngwigwa ran for the Butler Community College track team, winning the 2008 Kansas Relays in the 400m, and the 2008 Texas Relays in the 100m.
In 2008, he joined the University of South Carolina track team, participating in multiple solo and team events, and was named to the Outdoor All-SEC First Team and the Indoor All-SEC Second Team during the 2009-10 season. [1]

He is the South African record holder in the event with a personal best of 47.66 seconds, which he achieved twice, three months apart. His time ranks him in the all-time top 25. He is a three-time African Champion in the event and competed for his country at the 2008, 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympics.

He trained with the Glen Mills-coached Racers Track Club, alongside Usain Bolt and Yohan Blake.

He was the 2018 European Champion in 400 metres, and a member of the gold-winning teams in the 4 x 400 metre relay at the 2014 European Athletics Championships, with Great Britain and 2014 Commonwealth Games with England.
Janieve Russell is a Jamaican track and field athlete who competes mainly in the 400 metres hurdles and the 400 metres sprint. She won an Olympic bronze medal in the 4 × 400 m relay in Tokyo 2021, where she also finished fourth in the 400m hurdles final in a personal best of 53.08 secs. She is a four-time Commonwealth Games gold medallist, winning the 400m hurdles title in 2018 and 2022, and the 4 × 400 m relay in 2014 and 2018. Nethaneel Joseph Mitchell-Blake is a British sprinter who specialises in the 200 metres. He was the 2013 European Junior Champion and his personal best of 19.95 seconds ranks him as the second-fastest in Britain of all-time in the event. He is only the second Briton, after Adam Gemili to break both 10 seconds for 100 metres and 20 seconds for 200 metres. Part of the Great Britain 4 x 100-metre relay team that won the World title in 2017, he won his first major individual honour, a silver medal, in the individual 200 metres at the 2018 European Athletics Championships before claiming another relay title running for Great Britain, the eventual gold medalists, in the heats of the 4 x 100 metres.On 18 February 2022 it was announced that Nethaneel and his teammates CJ Ujah, Zharnel Hughes and Richard Kilty would be stripped of their 4 × 100 metres relay 2020 Summer Olympics silver medals after the Court of Arbitration for Sport found CJ Ujah guilty of a doping violation.
