School
Oldfields Hall, previously an all-girls school based in Uttoxeter, became a mixed school in 1975.
The site is made of two buildings, one being a 1959 block and the other being a late 16th-century hall that was once owned by John Bamford, who was owner of Bamfords Farming Machinery. The older part is known by students as The Old House and is also used by the local youth club and serves as the local Army Cadet Force detachment. The school has extensive grounds and a new synthetic pitch that was built in 2008; there is also a nature reserve in the grounds.
Previously a community school administered by Staffordshire County Council, in January 2018 Oldfields Hall Middle School converted to academy status. The school is now sponsored by the Uttoxeter Learning Trust.
The school catchment area includes parts of Uttoxeter plus the villages of Abbots Bromley, Marchington, Marchington Woodlands, Kingstone and Draycott in the Clay.

Abbots Bromley is a village and civil parish within the English county of Staffordshire, England. A notably affluent part of the county, Abbots Bromley was rated the best place to live in the Midlands by the Sunday Times in 2013 and again in 2016. The village is a regular entrant and often winner of the Staffordshire Best Kept Village Competition which takes place across the county each year. In August 2017 the village won the double honour of winning both the best kept village and community council trophy award, a double not achieved for many years. This double was repeated again in 2018. In 2019 the competition was taken on by The Community Foundation for Staffordshire and Abbots Bromley won for the third consecutive year. Through the competition Abbots Bromley maintains a healthy rivalry with nearby Yoxall, also a regular winner in the East Staffordshire section.

Thomas Alleyne's High School (TAHS) is a coeducational upper school and sixth form located in Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, England. It is one of three schools founded in 1558 from the will of Thomas Alleyne. It has four different coloured houses: Elkes (Red), Orme (Green), Torrance (Blue) and Whitmore (Yellow). The school celebrated its 450th anniversary in 2008.

St Mary the Virgin's Church, Uttoxeter, commonly called simply St Mary's, is the Church of England parish church of the town of Uttoxeter. It has a 14th-century tower and spire; the nave was rebuilt in 1828 and the chancel in 1877. It is a Grade II* listed building.
Oldfields Ground is a cricket ground in Uttoxeter, Staffordshire. The first recorded match on the ground was in 1905, when Staffordshire played Bedfordshire in the grounds first Minor Counties Championship match. The county played a further Minor Counties match on the ground in 1906, but after that it would not be until 1950 that Staffordshire used the ground again, using it as a home venue from 1950 to 1970. In total, the ground hosted 21 Minor Counties Championship matches, with the final Minor Counties match seeing Staffordshire play Durham.
St Peter's Church is a Church of England church in Marchington, Staffordshire. It is the only church in the parish of St. Peter Marchington.
Kingstone is a village and civil parish within the English county of Staffordshire.
