Olympiacos track and field department was established in 1925. The department has had in its ranks some of the greatest Greek athletes in the track and field events including Olympic medalists, as well as World, European, Mediterranean, Balkan and Greek (Panhellenic) Champions. Cases in point are: Konstantinos Kenteris, Fani Halkia, Ekaterini Thanou, Mirela Maniani, Niki Bakoyianni, Hrysopiyi Devetzi, Niki Xanthou, Dimitrios Chondrokoukis, Labros Papakostas, Periklis Iakovakis, Ekaterini Voggoli, Hristos Meletoglou, Stelios Dimotsios, Dimitrios Polymerou, Haralabos Papadias, Maria Karastamati, Flora Redoumi, Athina Papayianni, Spyridon Vasdekis, Aggeliki Tsiolakoudi, Louis Tsatoumas and Emmanouil Karalis.

The department was founded in 1925, one of the founding members of the Hellenic Swimming Federation, and their home ground is the Papastrateio Pool in Piraeus.

Camila Hermeto Pedrosa-Freire is a female water polo player from Brazil, who twice won a bronze medal with the Brazil women's national water polo team at the Pan American Games: 1999 and 2003. She also competed at the 2007 Pan American Games, finishing in fourth place.

The 1953–54 Greek Football Cup was the 12th edition of the Greek Football Cup. The competition culminated with the Greek Cup Final, held at Leoforos Alexandras Stadium, on 23 May 1954. The match was contested by Olympiacos and Doxa Drama, with Olympiacos winning by 2–0.

The Football Cup of Greater Greece was a two match competition held usually during the Easter period and contested by previous season's winners of the Cypriot Cup and the Greek Cup. It was held between 1969 and 1976.

Thomas "Themis" Khatzis is a Greek former water polo player who competed in the 1996 Summer Olympics and the 2000 Summer Olympics with the Greece men's national water polo team.

Evangelos Ioannis Delakas is a retired Greek water polo player and the current assistant coach of Greek powerhouse Olympiacos. As a player, Delakas won a bronze medal at the 2015 World Championships and competed at the 2012 and 2016 Olympics. He played for Olympiacos for 14 years (2004–2018) and won 12 Greek Championships, 11 Greek Cups and the 2017–18 LEN Champions League with the club.

The FCA Winners' Championship was a Greek football league competition contested annually by the most recent winners of all local Football Clubs' Associations championships in Greece. It is not considered part of the Greek football league system, due to a lack of formal structure, requiring all local FCA championships to have been completed prior to its start. The FCA Winners' Championship was ←founded in 1960, and held annually until 1962, as an experimental format for a 2nd tier in the Greek football league system. The competition was once again established and held annually during 1968−1977 going by the name "Amateur Championship" as a means of achieving promotion to the formally-structured Beta Ethniki.

Gavin Arroyo is a former water polo defender from the United States, who competed in two Summer Olympics for his native country. He was part of the United States national team that won the gold medal in the 1997 FINA World Cup in Athens.

Olympiacos Wrestling department was initially founded in 1934 and then reorganized in 1961. It was the first section in individual sports in Greece to win a European title, the CELA Cup in 2006. The most important athletes in the history of the department were the Koutsioumpas brothers, the Athens' Olympic Bronze Medalist Artiom Kiouregkian, and Christos Gikas amongst many others.
