Osku Torro (born 21 August 1979) is a Finnish high jumper.
He was born in Jyväskylä. [1] He competed at the 2006 European Championships, the 2007 European Indoor Championships, the 2010 World Indoor Championships and the 2010 European Championships without reaching the final. [2]
His personal best jump was 2.27 metres, achieved in August 2007 in Lappeenranta and also in July 2008 in Tampere. He has 2.33 metres on the indoor track, achieved in February 2011 in Tampere. [2] This is a Finnish indoor record. [3]

Eamonn Christopher Coghlan is an Irish former track and field athlete who specialised in middle distance track events and the 5,000 metres. He is a three-time Olympian, held the world indoor mile record and was world champion in the 5,000 m. Coghlan served as a senator from 2011 to 2016.
Jaakko Tommi Kristian Evilä is a Finnish former long jumper. He gained fame following his surprise bronze in the 2005 Helsinki World Championships, which was Finland's only medal in the championships.
Mika Kristian Halvari is a Finnish former shot putter. When competing, he represented Kemin Kunto and Helsingin Kisa-Veikot.
Ljubica Christina Vukicevic Demidov is a Norwegian former hurdler. She represented Ski IL, and was coached by her father Petar Vukićević, who participated for Yugoslavia in the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow. Her brother, Vladimir Vukicevic, is also a hurdler.

Jani Valdemar Lehtonen was a Finnish pole vaulter. He was born in Mäntsälä and died in Tampere. He finished eleventh at the 1990 European Championships, eighth at the 1992 European Indoor Championships and fifth at the 1993 World Indoor Championships, His personal best vault was 5.82 metres, achieved in June 1993 in Kuortane. This is the current Finnish record. Lehtonen committed suicide in 2008.
Reeta Sisko Hanhijoki, née Markkanen is a retired Finnish sprinter, who specialized in the 60, 100 and 200 metres. She won a bronze medal at the 1989 European Indoor Championships. Domestically, she won 28 national championship titles in the 60, 100 and 200 metres indoor and outdoor between 1985 and 1993.
Totka Nikolaeva Petrova is a retired female middle distance runner who represented Bulgaria in the 1970s and the early 1980s. She specialized in the 800 and 1500 metres, and won numerous international medals. She is still the Bulgarian 1500 metres record holder.

Fabrizio Donato is an Italian former athlete who competed in the triple jump and occasionally in the long jump. He is known for winning gold medals at the 2001 Mediterranean Games and the 2009 European Indoor Championships, the latter in a new championship record of 17.59 metres. He is the Italian record holder with 17.60 metres outdoor and 17.73 indoor.
Adam Piotr Kszczot is a retired Polish middle-distance runner who specialised in the 800 metres. His achievements include silver medals at the 2015 and 2017 World Championships in Athletics, gold at the 2018 World Indoor Championships as well as silver and bronze at the 2014 and 2010 World Indoor Championships respectively. Kszczot won three gold medals in the 800 m at both the European Outdoor and Indoor Championships. He twice competed at the Olympic Games, in 2012 and 2016, narrowly missing the final on both occasions.
Marcin Przemysław Lewandowski is a Polish retired middle-distance runner. He won the bronze medal in the 1500 metres at the 2019 World Athletics Championships and silver in the same event at the 2018 World Indoor Championships. At the European Athletics Championships, Lewandowski claimed gold in the 800 metres in 2010 and silvers in 2016 and 2018 for the 800 m and 1500 m respectively. He took also five medals at the European Indoor Championships, including three golds between 2015 and 2019, and two silvers in 2011 and 2021.
Jodie Alicia Williams is a British sprinter who specialises in the 400 metres, having begun her career concentrating on 100 and 200 metres. A prodigious junior, she is the 2009 World Youth Champion at 100 and 200 m, the 2010 World Junior Champion at 100 m, the 2011 European Junior Champion at 100 and 200 m, and the 2013 European U23 Champion at 200 m.

Vanessa Isabelle Vandy is a New Zealand-born Finnish film director, cinematographer and former pole vaulter. She is a national outdoor and indoor champion for the pole vault, and also, a bronze medalist at the 2009 European Athletics Under-23 Championships in Kaunas, Lithuania.
Osku Simana Heinonen is a Finnish basketball player who most recently played for Umana San Giobbe Chiusi of the Italian Serie A2. In 2014, he won the Finnish championship with Tampereen Pyrintö. Alongside Finnish competitions, Heinonen represented Pyrintö in EuroChallenge and Baltic Basketball League. He has also represented Pyrintö's reserve team and Kouvot.
Topi Olli Vihtori Raitanen is a Finnish runner specialising in the 3000 metres steeplechase. He is the current European Champion in the event. He also reached the final at the 2018 European Championships finishing eighth. Raitanen also runs for Finland in Orienteering and has won a gold medal at the Junior World Orienteering Championships.
Barnabás Bene is a Hungarian middle- and long-distance runner who has specialized in the 1500 metres to the half marathon.
