P'iq'iñ Qullu (Aymara p'iq'iña head, qullu mountain, [2] "head mountain", also spelled Peken Kkollu) is a mountain in the north of the Cordillera Real in the Andes of Bolivia, about 4,875-metre (15,994 ft) high. It is situated in the La Paz Department, Larecaja Province, Sorata Municipality. P'iq'iñ Qullu lies west of the Janq'u Uma-Illampu massif southeast of Sorata. [1] [3]

Aymara language native language in South America

Aymara is an Aymaran language spoken by the Aymara people of the Andes. It is one of only a handful of Native American languages with over one million speakers. Aymara, along with Spanish, is one of the official languages of Bolivia and parts of Peru. It is also spoken, to a much lesser extent, by some communities in northern Chile, where it is a recognized minority language.

Cordillera Real (Bolivia) mountain range

The Cordillera Real is a mountain range in the South American Altiplano of Bolivia. This range of fold mountains, largely composed of granite, is located southeast of Lake Titicaca, and east of the Bolivian capital of La Paz, measuring 125 km in length and 20 km in width. Despite the fact that it is only 17° south of the Equator, the Cordillera Real is relatively densely glaciated. This is due to its proximity to the Amazon lowlands with its associated moist air masses.

Wiluyu Janq'u Uma or Wiluyu is a mountain in the Cordillera Real in the Andes of Bolivia, about 5,540 metres (18,176 ft) high. It is located in the La Paz Department, Larecaja Province, Sorata Municipality. It lies northwest of the mountain Yapuchañani, northeast of Misk'i T'ant'a and Uma Jalanta and east of Illampu.

Malla Jawira is a river in the La Paz Department in Bolivia. It is a right tributary of the Luribay River whose waters flow to the La Paz River.

P'iq'iñ Q'ara lies southwest of the mountain Pupusani, west to northwest of Ch'iyar Qullu and northwest of Illimani.

Janq'u K'ark'a lies south of the Janq'u Uma-Illampu massif, southeast of the mountain Quña Quñani and the lakes Warawarani (Huara Huarani) and Jisk'a Warawarani (Jiskha Huara Huarani).

Wankar Quta Qullu

Wankar Quta Qullu is a mountain in the Andes of Bolivia, about 4,900 metres (16,076 ft) high. It is situated in the La Paz Department, Larecaja Province, Sorata Municipality, north of the main range of the Cordillera Real. Wankar Quta Qullu lies northeast of the mountain Wila Wilani. South of it there is a lake named Q'asiri Quta. A little river named Q'asiri Jawira originates here. It flows to Ch'uch'u Jawira in the south.

Jach'a Waylla Punta lies in the northern extensions of the Cordillera Real southeast of the mountain Wila Wilani and south of Wankar Quta Qullu. It is situated at the rivers Q'asiri Jawira and Ch'uch'u Jawira.

P'iq'iñ Q'ara or P'iq'iñ Qala is a mountain in the Andes of Bolivia which reaches a height of approximately 4,960 m (16,270 ft). It is located in the La Paz Department, Loayza Province, Malla Municipality, north of Malla. The Malla Jawira flows along its eastern slopes.
