The PCSO Bingo Milyonaryo Puffins were a professional volleyball team that played in the women's division of the Philippine Super Liga (PSL). The team was owned by the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) and was one of the six pioneer teams in the PSL. It disbanded after the inaugural tournament. [1] [2]

The Petron Blaze Spikers were a professional women's volleyball team that played in the Philippine Super Liga (PSL) from 2013 to 2020. After the cancellation of the 2020 season of the PSL due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the team took a leave of absence from the league and released all its players. The PLDT Home Fibr Hitters is a professional men's volleyball team owned by PLDT. It was established in 2013 and originally consisted of men's and women's teams. In 2018, the women's team became merged with the Smart Giga Hitters. The men's team has been playing in the Spikers' Turf since October 2018.

The PSL–PVL merger is the proposed merger of the Philippines' top-flight women's volleyball leagues, the Philippine Super Liga (PSL) and the Premier Volleyball League (PVL). The scheduling of both leagues has hampered the program of the Philippines national team and a merger of the two leagues has been proposed to remedy the issue. Two methods has been proposed; either through a "unified calendar" or adjustment of the two league's scheduling to deal with scheduling conflict, or an outright merger of the two leagues.
