Pleckstrin homology domain-containing family O member 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the PLEKHO1 gene. [5] [6]
PLEKHO1 has been shown to interact with Casein kinase 2, alpha 1 [5] and SMURF1. [7]
The Wiskott–Aldrich Syndrome protein (WASp) is a 502-amino acid protein expressed in cells of the hematopoietic system that in humans is encoded by the WAS gene. In the inactive state, WASp exists in an autoinhibited conformation with sequences near its C-terminus binding to a region near its N-terminus. Its activation is dependent upon CDC42 and PIP2 acting to disrupt this interaction, causing the WASp protein to 'open'. This exposes a domain near the WASp C-terminus that binds to and activates the Arp2/3 complex. Activated Arp2/3 nucleates new F-actin.
G-protein-coupled receptor kinase 2 (GRK2) is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the ADRBK1 gene. GRK2 was initially called Beta-adrenergic receptor kinase, and is a member of the G protein-coupled receptor kinase subfamily of the Ser/Thr protein kinases that is most highly similar to GRK3(βARK2).
Casein kinase II subunit alpha is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the CSNK2A1 gene.
Casein kinase II subunit alpha' is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the CSNK2A2 gene.
ROCK1 is a protein serine/threonine kinase also known as rho-associated, coiled-coil-containing protein kinase 1. Other common names are ROKβ and P160ROCK. ROCK1 is a major downstream effecter of the small GTPase RhoA and is a regulator of the actomyosin cytoskeleton which promotes contractile force generation. ROCK1 plays a role in cancer and in particular cell motility, metastasis, and angiogenesis.
Protein kinase C beta type is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the PRKCB gene.
Phospholipase C, gamma 1, also known as PLCG1,is a protein that in humans involved in cell growth, migration, apoptosis, and proliferation. It is encoded by the PLCG1 gene and is part of the PLC superfamily.
LIM domain kinase 1 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the LIMK1 gene.
Casein kinase II subunit beta is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CSNK2B gene.
Cytoplasmic protein NCK1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the NCK1 gene.
Dynamin-1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the DNM1 gene.
A-kinase anchor protein 13 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the AKAP13 gene. This protein is also called AKAP-Lbc because it encodes the lymphocyte blast crisis (Lbc) oncogene, and ARHGEF13/RhoGEF13 because it contains a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) domain for the RhoA small GTP-binding protein.
Cytoplasmic protein NCK2 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the NCK2 gene.
Triple functional domain protein is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TRIO gene.
Citron Rho-interacting kinase is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the CIT gene.
Pleckstrin homology domain-containing family A member 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the PLEKHA1 gene.
SH2B adapter protein 3 (SH2B3), also known as lymphocyte adapter protein (LNK), is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SH2B3 gene on chromosome 12.
Connector enhancer of kinase suppressor of ras 2, also known as CNK homolog protein 2 (CNK2) or maguin, is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the CNKSR2 gene.
Tensin-like C1 domain-containing phosphatase is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the TENC1 gene.
XB130 is a cytosolic adaptor protein and signal transduction mediator. XB130 regulates cell proliferation, cell survival, cell motility and gene expression. XB130 is highly similar to AFAP and is thus known as actin filament associated protein 1-like 2 (AFAP1L2). XB130 is a substrate and regulator of multiple tyrosine kinase-mediated signaling. XB130 is highly expressed in the thyroid and spleen.
