The PSA Women's Awards (formerly WISPA Awards between 2004 and 2011 and formerly WSA Awards between 2012 and 2013) are presented annually by the Professional Squash Association, the organization which organizes the women's world squash circuit.

The Professional Squash Association (PSA) is the governing body for the men's and women's professional squash circuit. The body operates in a similar fashion to the ATP and the WTA for tennis. The PSA World Tour 2015 involves over 200 tournaments annually around the world. Over 800 players from all the 5 continents are registered with the PSA and rankings are updated monthly based on players' performances.
Dipika Pallikal Karthik is an Indian professional squash player. She is the first Indian to break into the top 10 in the PSA Women's rankings.
Raneem Mohamed Yasser Saad El Din El Welily is a former professional squash player from Egypt. She has reached a career-high world ranking of No. 1 in September 2015. She is a three-time finalist at the World Open, in 2014, 2016, and 2019/2020. She became the World Champion in 2017, after defeating Nour El Sherbini in the finals. El Welily announced her retirement from professional competition in June 2020.
Laura Jane Massaro is a retired professional squash player from England. She retired after the British Open, in May, 2019.
Delia Arnold is a professional squash player who represented Malaysia. She lives in Selangor and was coached by Ahmed Malik and Peter Genever. She reached a career-high world ranking of World No. 12 in September 2015 after beating World Number 2, Raneem El Weleily in the quarter finals of the British Open.
The Official Women's Squash World Ranking is the official world ranking for women's squash. The ranking is to rate the performance level of female professional squash player. It is also a merit-based method used for determining entry and seeding in women's squash tournaments. The rankings are produced monthly. The current world number one is Nouran Gohar of Egypt, who replaced Raneem El Welily in July 2020.
Nour El Sherbini is an Egyptian professional squash player. She is a six time World champion and became the youngest woman to win the Women's World Championship (2015). In 2016, she retained her title and in 2019 won her third World Championship equalling the feat of Michelle Martin and rising to equal fourth in the all time list of world championships won. She is known as the worlds best squash player. She is the current world champion after winning the 2021/2022 edition of the tournament.
Camille Serme is a former professional squash player from France. She reached a career-high world ranking of World No. 2 in February 2017.
The Qatar Classic is an annual international squash tournament that takes place in Doha, Qatar in October or November. The event was re-established in 2001. Between 1992 and 1997, the tournament was formerly known as the Qatar International. The tournament features both men and women, the men's event is part of the PSA World Series and the women's event is part of the WSA World Series.

The body operated in a similar fashion to the WTA for tennis. The WSA World Tour involved over 100 tournaments annually all over the globe. Over 250 players were registered with the WSA and rankings were updated monthly based on players' performances. In November 2014, the WSA and the PSA announced a historic merger between the two associations.[3] A decision was reached that will see the PSA operate as the governing body for both the women's and men's ranks from January 1, 2015.
