Anna Molka Ahmed was a Pakistani artist and a pioneer of fine arts in the country after its independence in 1947. She was a professor of fine arts at the University of the Punjab in Lahore.

Subedar Abdul Khaliq, also known as Parinda-e-Asia(Urdu for The Flying Bird of Asia), was a Pakistani sprinter from 8 Medium Regiment Artillery who won 36 international gold medals, 15 international silver medals, and 12 International bronze medals for Pakistan. He competed in the 100m, 200m, and 4 x 100 meters relay. He participated in the 1956 Melbourne Olympics and the 1960 Rome Olympics. He also participated in the 1954 Asian Games and the 1958 Asian Games. During the 1956 Indo-Pak Meet held in Delhi, Abdul Khaliq was first referred to as "The Flying Bird of Asia" by the Prime Minister of India of the time, Jawaharlal Nehru, who was reportedly captivated by his performance during the event.

Badar uz Zaman was a Pakistani classical singer. He contributed to Pakistani Classical Music by promoting and re-interpreting compositions of the sub-continent's Muslim composers. Zaman performed with his brother, Ustad Qamar-uz-Zaman, carrying forward the Pakistan's own "Kasur Gharana" traditions of the art of Khayal music. The Pakistan Ju-Jitsu Federation (PJJF) is the national official governing body to promote and control Ju Jitsu Sports activities in Pakistan and is currently headed by Mr. Khalil Ahmed Khan a martial artist having black belt 6 Dan and more than 36 years of experience in coaching. The federation was established in the year 1996. Ju-Jitsu is the only Sports in Pakistan which brought many Laurels for the country by winning Gold, Silver and bronze medals from the official games i.e. Asian Beach Games, Asian Martial Arts Games, Asian Martial arts and Indoor Games.
Talha Talib is a Pakistani weightlifter from Gujranwala. He is the Pakistani national champion in the 62 kg category. He set a new record at the games in snatch as he lifted 132 kg in the third attempt with 127 kg and 130 kg in the first two attempts, respectively. He was also a gold medalist at the 2016 Commonwealth Youth Weightlifting Championships in Penang. He lifted 258 kg to clinch the gold. He is currently the top No. 1 ranked weightlifter of Pakistan.
Arshad Nadeem is a Pakistani javelin thrower. He represents WAPDA in the domestic competition. He is the first Pakistani to qualify for the final of any track and field event at the Olympic Games and the World Athletics Championships. At the 2022 Commonwealth Games, he created a new national and Commonwealth Games record with a throw of 90.18m and became the first ever athlete from South Asia to breach the 90m mark. In 2023, he became the first ever Pakistani athlete to win a medal at the World Athletics Championships, by winning a silver medal.

Members of the team compete in both rifle and pistol events at competitions including the continental and regional games. In 2016, Minhal Sohail became the first woman sports shooter from Pakistan to compete at the Summer Olympic Games when she participated on a quota place at the Rio Games.
