The esports department of Panathinaikos was established on 29 December 2016. [2] [3] [4] [5] In order to launch the team, the club partnered with CowboyTV, a local game tournament organiser and owner of professional eSports team Void Gaming (established in late 2012). The latter will remain active as the youth academy and official scrim partner of the club for League of Legends. [6]

Panathinaikos AC Women's Volleyball Team is a Greek volleyball team, part of the major Athens-based multi-sport club Panathinaikos A.O. The department was founded in 1969 and is the most successful women's volleyball team in Greece, in terms of Greek Championships won. They have won a record 25 Championships, 6 Cups, with 5 Doubles, while they hold the record for finishing undefeated the Championship 8 times. They hold also the record of 68 straight wins in the league including the play-offs.

The Greek Volleyball Super Cup is a volleyball club competition that takes place in Greece since 1998. It is an annual match contested between the Champion of Greek Volleyleague and the Cup’s Winner. However, the Greek Basketball Super Cup was revived in 2020, by the Hellenic Basketball Association (HEBA), under a final four tournament format.

Panathinaikos AC women's football is a Greek team, part of the major Athens-based multi-sport club Panathinaikos A.O. It was first founded in 1980 and operated until 1982. In its short presence, it produced the athletes who starred in the following years, who were decisive factors for the development of women's football in Greece. On June 30, 2021, the reactivation of the department was officially announced.

The 2021–22 Greek Basketball Cup was the 47th edition of Greek top-tier level professional domestic basketball cup competition. The previous winner of the cup was Panathinaikos. The cup competition started on 4 September 2021 and ended on 20 February 2022. Olympiacos won the competition.
