The Selangor State Executive Council forms the executive branch of the state government of Selangor, Malaysia. It comprises the Menteri Besar, appointed by the Sultan on the basis that he is likely to command the confidence of the majority of members of the Selangor State Legislative Assembly, and a minimum of four up to a maximum of ten members of the State Assembly. Additionally, the State Secretary, State Legal Adviser and State Financial Officer, who are civil servants that serve as exofficio members.

She is a member of the Democratic Action Party (DAP), a component party of the PH coalition, presently the youngest Selangor EXCO Member and one of the only two female Selangor EXCO Members alongside Anfaal Saari.

He served as Member of the Selangor State Executive Council (EXCO) in the Pakatan Rakyat (PR) and Pakatan Harapan (PH) state administrations under Menteris Besar Khalid Ibrahim, Azmin Ali and Amirudin Shari from May 2013 to August 2023, Member of the Selangor State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Kota Kemuning from May 2018 to August 2023 and for Kota Alam Shah from May 2013 to May 2018. He is a member of the Democratic Action Party (DAP), a component party of the PH and formerly PR coalitions. He has served as Assistant National Publicity Secretary of DAP since March 2022 and State Deputy Chairman of DAP of Selangor since November 2024. He was also the State Vice Chairman prior to his promotion to the State Deputy Chairman in November 2024.

He served as the 11th Speaker of the Selangor State Legislative Assembly from June 2018 to June 2023. He is a member of the Democratic Action Party (DAP), a component party of the PH coalition. He has served as the Assistant National Organising Secretary of DAP since March 2022.

Rizam bin Ismail is a Malaysian politician who has served as Member of the Selangor State Executive Council (EXCO) in the Pakatan Harapan (PH) state administration under Menteri Besar Amirudin Shari since August 2023 and Political Secretary to the Minister of Investment, Trade and Industry Tengku Zafrul Aziz from April to August 2023 as well as Member of the Selangor State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Sungai Air Tawar since May 2018. He has served as the Youth Chief of DAP or known as the Chief of the Youth Wing of DAP namely the DAP Socialist Youth (DAPSY) since November 2024. He is also presently the youngest Perak EXCO Member and was the Youth Publicity Secretary of DAP or known as the Publicity Secretary of the Youth Wing of DAP namely the DAP Socialist Youth (DAPSY) to his promotion to the Youth Chief in November 2024.

Ean Yong Hian Wah is a Malaysian politician and businessman who has served as Chairman of the Port Klang Authority (PKA) since August 2023 and from May 2019 to his removal from the position in April 2020 and Executive Chairman of the Orgabio Holdings Berhad since March 2024. He served as Member of the Selangor State Executive Council (EXCO) in the Pakatan Rakyat (PR) and Pakatan Harapan (PH) state administrations under former Menteris Besar Khalid Ibrahim and Azmin Ali from March 2008 to May 2018 and Member of the Selangor State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Seri Kembangan from March 2008 to August 2023. He served as the State Deputy Chairman from December 2018 to his demotion to the Vice Chairman in November 2024, he was the Secretary before his promotion to the Deputy Chairman in December 2018. He is also the son of Ean Yong Tin Sin, the former MLA of Negeri Sembilan for Lukut.

Lau Weng San is a Malaysian politician and engineer who has served as 12th Speaker of the Selangor State Legislative Assembly since September 2023. He served as Member of the Selangor State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Banting from May 2018 to August 2023 and for Kampung Tunku from March 2008 to May 2018. He is a member and State Organising Secretary of Selangor of the Democratic Action Party (DAP), a component party of the Pakatan Harapan (PH) and formerly Pakatan Rakyat (PR) as well as Barisan Alternatif (BA) coalitions. He was also the Political Secretary to the Secretary-General of DAP Lim Guan Eng from 2005 to 2008 and State Treasurer of DAP of Selangor. He is also the first non-MLA to become the Selangor Speaker since 2008 and the second in the history of the state after Onn Ismail.

Anfaal binti Saari is a Malaysian politician who has served as Member of the Selangor State Executive Council (EXCO) in the Pakatan Harapan (PH) state administration under Menteri Besar Amirudin Shari and Member of the Selangor State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Taman Templer since August 2023. She served as Member of the Ampang Jaya Municipal Council (MPAJ). She is a member and Division Women Chief of Gombak of the National Trust Party (AMANAH), a component party of the PH coalition. She has also served as the Deputy Women Chief of AMANAH since December 2023. She is also presently one of the only two AMANAH Selangor EXCO Members alongside Izham Hashim, one of the only two female Selangor EXCO Members alongside Jamaliah Jamaluddin and the daughter of former Hulu Kelang MLA Saari Sungib.

Dr. Mohammad Fahmi bin Ngah is a Malaysian politician who has served as a Member of the Selangor State Executive Council (EXCO) in the Pakatan Harapan (PH) state administration under Menteri Besar Amirudin Shari and a Member of the Selangor State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Seri Setia since August 2023. He is a member of the People's Justice Party (PKR), a component party of the PH coalition.

Leong Yu Man is a Malaysian politician and former nutritionist who has served as Member of the Pahang State Executive Council (EXCO) in the Barisan Nasional (BN) state administration under Menteri Besar Wan Rosdy Wan Ismail since December 2022 and Member of the Pahang State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Triang since May 2013. She is a member, State Organising Secretary of Pahang and Division Women Chief of Bera of the Democratic Action Party (DAP), a component party of the Pakatan Harapan (PH) and formerly Pakatan Rakyat (PR) coalitions. She is the youngest, the only female and the only Pahang EXCO Member of DAP and one of the only two Pahang EXCO Members of PH and Chinese ethnicity alongside Teruntum MLA Sim Chon Siang. She is also the daughter of State Chairman of DAP of Pahang and former Triang MLA Leong Ngah Ngah. She created history as the first ever female Chinese Pahang EXCO Member.
