Parveez Shaikh (also credited as Parveez Sheikh) is an Indian screenwriter and story writer, known for his work in Bollywood films. He has written and co-written several films, including Queen (2013), Bajrangi Bhaijaan (2015), Darlings (2022), and Mission Majnu (2023). Over the years, he has received Filmfare Awards and IIFA Awards. [1]

Career

Parveez Shaikh began his career as a screenwriter in Bollywood. His breakthrough came with the 2013 film Queen. [2] Following Queen, Shaikh wrote for major films such as Bajrangi Bhaijaan (2015), Darlings (2022), [3] [4] [5] [6] and Mission Majnu (2023).

In addition to his film work, Shaikh also contributed to the digital space with projects like the web series Pill (2024) and the film U Turn (2023).

The film stars Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Shreyas Talpade, Kirron Kher, and Arjun Rampal.
