The Filmfare OTT Awards are annual awards that honour artistic and technical excellence in the Hindi-language original programming over-the-top (OTT) space. The Filmfare Awards are annual awards that honour artistic and technical excellence in the Hindi-language film industry of India. The Filmfare ceremony is one of the most famous film events in India. The awards were introduced by Filmfare magazine of The Times Group in 1954, the same year as the National Film Awards. They were initially referred to as the "Clare Awards" or "The Clares" after Clare Mendonça, the editor of The Times of India and modelled after the Academy Awards.

Maanvi Gagroo is an Indian actress who appears in Hindi films and television, She has worked in various web series like TVF Pitchers, TVF Tripling and Four More Shots Please!. At the 2023 Filmfare OTT Awards, she won Filmfare OTT Award for Best Actress in a Comedy Series for her performance in the TVF Tripling Season 3.
Paatal Lok (transl. Netherworld) is an Indian Hindi-language crime thriller television series on Amazon Prime Video, created by Sudip Sharma, who wrote the script along with Sagar Haveli, Hardik Mehta and Gunjit Chopra, and directed by Avinash Arun and Prosit Roy. The series was produced by Anushka Sharma, under the banner Clean Slate Filmz, and stars Jaideep Ahlawat, Gul Panag, Neeraj Kabi, Swastika Mukherjee, Ishwak Singh, Abhishek Banerjee, Niharika Lyra Dutt, and Richa Chaturvedi. Loosely based on Tarun Tejpal's 2010 novel The Story of My Assassins, the series is about a disillusioned cop who lands the case of an assassination attempt gone wrong.
Ishwak Singh(born 18 November 1989) is an Indian actor who primarily works in Hindi-language television series. Following small roles in several films, he became known for starring in the series Paatal Lok (2020) and Rocket Boys (2022–2023), receiving nominations for the Filmfare OTT Awards. He has since starred in the horror series Adhura and the second season of Made in Heaven, both in 2023.
Prosit Roy is an Indian film director, producer and screenwriter. He made his directorial debut in the supernatural horror film Pari (2018), starring Anushka Sharma, for her production company Clean Slate Films.

Hosted by Gauahar Khan and Maniesh Paul, the ceremony was held on 21 December 2022 in Mumbai.
