Parvez Jamil Mir (born 24 September 1953) is a Pakistani TV anchor and former professional cricketer who played in the Central Lancashire Leagues for Crompton CC, and in the Bolton League for Egerton, Walkden and Kearsley Cricket Clubs. In amateur club cricket he has played for Vauxhall Mallards, Ingham, and Horsford Cricket Clubs in Norfolk.
Born at Sutrapur in Dacca in what was then East Pakistan, Mir is a journalist and has interviewed many prominent Pakistani politicians and international celebrities. Mir hosts current affairs talk show Q & A With PJ Mir.
His cricket career included three One Day Internationals for Pakistan, two of those appearances at the 1975 World Cup, as well as 80 first-class matches for various teams in Pakistan and England.
He was also the spokesperson for Pakistan's cricket team at the 2007 Cricket World Cup. [1]

He was a part of the Pakistani squad which won the 1992 Cricket World Cup. He has also captained the Pakistani side, and led the team to be the champions of the 2000 Asia Cup.

He played 265 ODIs and 46 Tests.
Imran Nazir is a former Pakistani cricketer who played for the Pakistan national cricket team between 1999 and 2012 and was widely known to be a hard hitting opening batter.
Shoaib Malik is a Pakistani cricketer who played for the Pakistan national cricket team and currently plays for Karachi Kings in the Pakistan Super League (PSL). He was the captain of the Pakistan national cricket team from 2007 to 2009. He made his One-Day International debut in 1999 against the West Indies and his Test debut in 2001 against Bangladesh. On 3 November 2015, Malik announced his retirement from Test cricket to focus on the 2019 Cricket World Cup. On 2 July 2018, he became the first male cricketer to play 100 T20Is. On 5 July 2019, he announced his retirement from One Day International Cricket after Pakistan won their last group stage game against Bangladesh at Lord's at the 2019 Cricket World Cup. Malik was a member of the Pakistan team that won the 2009 ICC World Twenty20.

Sohail Tanvir will be representing the Multan Sultans when the PSL resumes for the finals of the series in November 2020 after the team ended the league stage on top of the table. He is currently enrolled in the USA Open draft for the upcoming edition of the tournament running from 16 to 20 December 2020. In a 2020 interview, Tanvir described his 2007 Test debut wicket of Rahul Dravid in Delhi as the 'ball of his life' when the ball pitched outside leg stump and shattered 'the wall's off-stump in an unplayable manner.
