Pauline Musgrave (born 25 July 1936) is a British former swimmer. She competed in the women's 400 metre freestyle at the 1952 Summer Olympics. [1]

She married Alan Clarkson. [2]

Catharina Johanna "Toos" Beumer is a Dutch swimmer. She won the bronze medal in the 4×100 metres freestyle relay at the 1964 Summer Olympics in Tokyo. Her teammates in that race, clocked in 4:12.0, were Pauline van der Wildt, Erica Terpstra and Winnie van Weerdenburg. Four years later, Beumer also participated in the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico City, in the 100 m freestyle, but she didn't qualify for the semi-finals.

Pauline Elaine Davis-Thompson is a former Bahamian sprinter. She competed at five Olympics, a rarity for a track and field athlete. She won her first medal at her fourth Olympics and her first gold medals at her fifth Olympics at age 34 in the 4 × 100 m Relay and, after Marion Jones' belated disqualification nine years later, in the 200m.

The Solomon Islands send a team to compete at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, China. The country's delegation consisted of three athletes competing in two sports across three distinct events; Francis Manioru and Pauline Kwalea represented the Solomon Islands in track, while Wendy Hale competed in weightlifting. The arrival of the Solomon Islander delegation in Beijing marked its seventh appearance since its debut at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles. The track athletes did not advance past the first rounds in their events. There were no medalists from the Solomon Islander athletes in these Games. Wendy Hale was the Solomon Islands' flagbearer during the Games' opening ceremony.

Pauline Curley is an Irish marathon runner. At age thirty-nine, she represented Ireland for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, and competed in the women's marathon. She ran and finished the race in sixty-third place, with a time of 2:47:16. She also achieved her personal best, when she placed ninth at the 2008 Fortis Marathon in Rotterdam, Netherlands, with a time of 2:39:05. On 25 August 2013 she ran Longford Marathon, Ireland with a time of 2:44:22.
