Paulo Francisco Noronha (born 12 September 1966) is a Mozambican former athlete.
He became tree times in a row the triple jump champion at the African Zone VI Athletics Championships from 1987 to 1989. [1] He competed in the men's triple jump at the 1988 Summer Olympics. [2]
