Pay the Girl is the self-titled debut studio album released by American rock band Pay the Girl. It is their only studio album release to date. It was released on March 4, 2003, under TVT Records, which is now defunct.
The album includes many musicians from popular rock bands, such as Rich Hopkins from American alternative rock band The Sidewinders, Jeremy Hora from Canadian hard rock band Default (he also lent his songwriting talents to the track "So Without"), Bardi Martin from American grunge band Candlebox, Darrell Phillips from American rock band Sister 7, and Brad Smith from American alternative rock band Blind Melon.
The track "Clueless" was featured on the soundtrack of the 2002 teenpsychological thriller film Swimfan. It is also credited as their most popular song, whilst "Freeze" and "Beverly" are considered highly as well.
With the release of the album, their sound was often compared to American alternative rock bands Matchbox Twenty and The Verve Pipe.

Two singles were released for promotion of the album. "Pretty Deep" was released in July 1997, while "The Bright Light" was released in October 1997. In the U.S both 4AD released singles were released in two parts, each including 2 newly released B-Sides. "Pretty Deep" featured "Spaghetti", "Morna", "These Days" and "Influenza". "The Bright Light" featured "Bury My Heart", "How Can You Sleep?", "Life On Sirius" and "Moon Over Boston". A music video for each single was produced and aired on Vh1 and MTV2. Both videos differed highly in creative and artistic direction from previous Belly videos and exclusively featured Tanya solo, in movie like settings. "Pretty Deep" and "The Bright Light" enjoyed heavy airplay on Triple A radio stations in the U.S Northeast. "Lovesongs For Underdogs" peaked at #36 on the Official UK Albums Chart for 2 weeks upon its release. The singles, "Pretty Deep" and "The Bright Light" peaked at #55 and #65 for 2 weeks each upon their 2 CD Single releases.
Somewhere to Elsewhere is the fourteenth studio album by American rock band Kansas, released in 2000. It is Kansas' first album to feature the band's original lineup since 1980's Audio-Visions, along with Billy Greer, who joined the band in 1985. Steve Walsh tracked vocals in his home studio while working on his second solo album Glossolalia and did not join the rest of the band at Kerry Livgren's studio. His contribution were solely vocals. Livgren composed all of the album's tracks, and the hidden track "Geodesic Dome" is his first and only lead vocal on a Kansas song. Somewhere to Elsewhere is Kansas' last studio album to feature both Robby Steinhardt, who left the band in 2006 and died in 2021, and Steve Walsh, who left the band in 2014.

It was their first album to chart, reaching No. 16 on Billboard's Top Heatseekers chart. Away from the Sun is the second studio album recorded by American rock band 3 Doors Down. It was released by Universal Music Group on November 12, 2002. The singles released for the album were as follows: "When I'm Gone", "The Road I'm On", "Here Without You", and "Away from the Sun". July For Kings, or "JFK", is an American, Cincinnati, Ohio-based alternative rock band, founded by Joe Hedges, Sam Dobrozsi (drums), Travis Delaney (guitar), Jason Morgan (bass), and T Miller. The band was founded Middletown, Ohio in 1997. After several line-up changes that included the departure of two founding members, frontman Joe Hedges dropped the July For Kings name in April 2006, choosing to release the next album, Curvature, using his own moniker. In October 2007, Joe Hedges announced that July For Kings had reunited and that they were working on a new album. On June 23, 2009, July For Kings released the studio album entitled Monochrome. and on July 14, 2015, July For Kings released the album Middletown.
20th Century Masters – The Millennium Collection: The Best of Unwritten Law is a compilation album by the San Diego-based rock band Unwritten Law, released in 2006 by Interscope Records. It combines tracks from their two Interscope albums Unwritten Law and Elva. It was released without the knowledge or consent of the band, who had left the Interscope label in 2003. At the time of its release, the band was preparing their own "greatest hits" album, The Hit List, which was released in January 2007 and included songs spanning their entire career rather than just these two albums.
Big Life is the fourth studio album by Night Ranger, released in 1987. It featured the single "The Secret of My Success", which was written for the 1987 film of the same name starring Michael J. Fox. The single flopped, stalling outside the Top 40, peaking at No. 64. After their 1977 tour, Jorma Kaukonen moved on to a solo career and Jack Casady joined the new wave band SVT. Hot Tuna would not perform together again until 1983. The album had its highest peak at #92 on the Billboard charts.
