Payne Lake is located by Oxbow, New York. The outlet creek empties into the Oswegatchie River. Fish species present in the lake are largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, northern pike, walleye, yellow perch, tiger muskie, bluegill, and black crappie. There is a state owned hard surface ramp located west of Oxbow, New York and there is a 10-horsepower limit. [3]

The hamlet of Indian Lake is located 2 miles (3.2 km) north of the north end of Indian Lake. New York State Route 30 runs along the west shore of the lake. Most of the shore is part of the Forest Preserve. Indian Lake is fed by the Jessup River, and drains through the Indian River into Lake Abanakee, and from there through the Indian River to the Hudson River.

Schroon Lake (New York) Lake in New York state

Schroon Lake is a lake located by Schroon Lake, New York. Fish species present in the lake are lake trout, landlocked salmon, largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, northern pike, yellow perch, chain pickerel, rock bass, sunfish, and brown bullhead. There are three access points on the lake. One is a state owned hard surface ramp off US-9, just north of the hamlet of Pottersville. The second is a state owned hand launch access at the Eagle Point Campground off US-9, 2 miles north of the hamlet of Pottersville. The third is a village owned public beach launch access off US-9, in the village of Schroon Lake.

Star Lake (New York)

Fish species present in the lake are largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, rainbow trout, landlocked salmon, brown trout, white sucker, sunfish, rock bass, yellow perch, and black bullhead. There is carry-down launch access with permission from the Town of Fine, on route 3.

Lake Moraine (New York)

Lake Moraine is a mesotrophic lake located 2.5 miles (4.0 km) northeast of Hamilton, New York. The lake is 261 acres (1.06 km2), consisting of two basins which are separated by a causeway and interconnected by a culvert. The northern basin is 79 acres (0.32 km2) and is relatively shallow with a maximum depth of 12 feet (3.7 m) and average depth of 3.7 feet (1.1 m). The larger southern basin is 172 acres (0.70 km2) and has a maximum depth of 45 feet (14 m) and an average depth of 17.7 feet (5.4 m). Payne Brook is the lake's outflow that flows into the Chenango River.

East Caroga Lake

East Caroga Lake is located in the Town of Caroga by Caroga Lake, New York. The lake provides excellent warm water fishing and rainbow trout fishing. The lake is connected to West Caroga Lake by a small channel. Origin of the name, "Caroga" is derived from the once nearby Indian Village known as "Caroga".

West Caroga Lake

West Caroga Lake is located in the Town of Caroga by Caroga Lake, New York. The lake is known for excellent warm water fishing, but it also offers the only location to fish for splake in the county. The lake is connected to East Caroga Lake by a small channel. Origin of the name, "Caroga" is derived from the once nearby Indian Village known as "Caroga".

Muskellunge Lake

Muskellunge Lake is located by Oxbow, New York. The outlet flows into the Indian River. Fish species present in the lake are largemouth bass, bluegill, yellow perch, northern pike, and black crappie. There is a state owned carry down on New Connecticut Road. There is also an access at the northeast shore campground.

Lake Rondaxe

Lake Rondaxe is a lake located northeast of Carter Station, New York. Fish species present in the lake are atlantic salmon, rainbow trout, smallmouth bass, brook trout, yellow perch, and black bullhead. There is a carry down launch located on the northwest corner off North Rondaxe Road.

Kayuta Lake

Kayuta Lake is located northwest of Bardwell Mill, New York. Kayuta Lake Campground is located by the Black River inlet. Fish species present in the lake are smallmouth bass, pickerel, white sucker, rock bass, yellow perch, bluegill, and black bullhead. There is a carry down access on the north shore located on State Dam Road.

Long Lake (Oneida County, New York)

Long Lake is a lake located northeast of Holiday House, New York. Fish species present in the lake are largemouth bass, crappie, rock bass, northern pike, yellow perch, smallmouth bass, walleye, white perch, and black bullhead. There is a state owned carry down launch located on the northwest shore off Long Lake Road.

Otter Lake (Oneida County, New York)

Otter Lake is located by Otter Lake, New York southeast of McKeever, New York. Fish species present in the lake are largemouth bass, white sucker, rock bass, yellow perch, smallmouth bass, and black bullhead. There is trail access from Long Lake on the southwest shore of Otter Lake.

Sylvia Lake

Sylvia Lake is a lake located by Balmat, New York. Fish species present in the lake are largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, lake trout, rainbow trout, landlocked salmon, and black bullhead. There is a state owned beach launch on Route 812 between Fowler and Balmat.

Lake Durant

There is a state owned hard surface ramp on NY-28/NY-30, 3 miles east of Blue Mountain Lake in the campground. There is a day use fee and no motors are allowed on this lake.

Fall Lake is located north of Piseco, New York. Fish species present in the lake are rock bass, white sucker, black bullhead, smallmouth bass, yellow perch, and pickerel. There is carry down access on Fall Stream off Old Piseco Road on land owned by the Irondequoit Club.

Garnet Lake Lake in Warren County, New York, United States

Garnet Lake is located south of the hamlet of Garnet Lake, New York. Fish species present in the lake are pickerel, largemouth bass, yellow perch, and brown bullhead. There is carry down on a trail off Maxam Road on the east shore.

Trout Lake (Warren County, New York)

Trout Lake is located west of Bolton, New York. Fish species present in the lake are brook trout, rainbow trout, splake, lake trout, smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, pickerel, yellow perch, smelt, rock bass, rainbow smelt, brown trout and brown bullhead. There is a carry down trail on the northeast shore via trail off Lamb Hill Road. There is a 50 horsepower motor limit on this lake. It is called Trout Lake due to the high numbers of lake trout and rainbow trout that are found in the lake.

Ballston Lake

Ballston Lake is a lake that is located northeast of Burnt Hills, New York in the town of Ballston. Fish species present in the lake are northern pike, smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, yellow perch, northern pike, carp, pumpkinseed sunfish, and brown bullhead. There is a private boat launch that can be accessed by paying a fee, located at Villago Restaurant on the east side of the lake. There is a public fishing pier and cartop boat launch on the north shore off Outlet Road.

Jamesville Reservoir

Jamesville Reservoir is a lake located by Jamesville, New York. Fish species present in the lake include bluegill, largemouth bass, yellow perch, black bullhead, tiger muskie, rock bass, smallmouth bass, pickerel, walleye, and pumpkinseed sunfish. There is carry down access located at the Jamesville Beach Park with the purchase of a day use fee.
