Plot

Pepper chicken is a story of a radio jockey who is getting married next day, she starts her journey by a cab leaving her job and the cab journey becomes horrific when they reach to a secluded place. The mystery of cab driver unravels with the story. [6]

Himanta Biswa Sarma is an Indian politician and lawyer serving as the 15th and current Chief Minister of Assam since 2021. A former member of the Indian National Congress, Sarma joined the Bharatiya Janata Party on 23 August 2015. He is a five time Member of the Assam Legislative Assembly from Jalukbari, having been elected since 2001. He also served as Minister in the Government of Assam from 2016 to 2021, 2011 to 2014, 2006 to 2011, 2002 to 2004 and from 2004 to 2006. The BJP appointed him the convener (leader) of the North-East Democratic Alliance (NEDA) since 2016. Chandraprabha Saikiani or Chandraprava Saikiani was an Assamese freedom fighter, activist, writer and social reformer considered to be the pioneer of the feminist movement in Assam. She was the founder of The All Assam Pradeshik Mahila Samiti, a non governmental organization working for the welfare of the women of Assam and was a recipient of the fourth highest Indian civilian award of Padma Shri for the year 1972 from the Government of India. Assamese Brahmins or Bamun are the Brahmins present in the Assamese society. There are two classes of Brahmins in Assam Bamun and Ganaks. In Assam, the Bamuns usually are the ones, who performs the tasks of a pujari in the Mandirs/Deuls and Hindu households & the Ganaks are the ones, who performs the tasks of Jyotish and Ayurved. But there are always exceptions, some Ganaks may also perform the task of a pujari & some Bamuns may also perform the Jyotish & Ayurvedic tasks. The Assamese Brahmins were originally priests from different regions of India and some of them are from the era of Kamrupi Brahmins, which are one of the oldest Brahmin settlers in Assam. Religious worship in temples is generally carried out by them.

Riniki Bhuyan Sharma is an Indian business woman from Assam. She is the managing director of Pride East Entertainment, a media house. She is married to Himanta Biswa Sarma, Chief Minister of Assam.

Rajen Sharma, commonly known as Uddipta Hazarika, was the first publicity secretary of the militant organisation United Liberation Front of Asom (ULFA). Popular for his poem Mor Rakta Borna Protigya, Sharma was killed on 8 October 1989.
