Peptoniphilus timonensis is a Gram-positive and anaerobic bacterium from the genus Peptoniphilus which has been isolated from human feces from Dielmo in Senegal. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5]
The Alteromonadaceae are a family of Pseudomonadota. They are now one of several families in the order Alteromonadales, including Alteromonas and its closest relatives. Species of this family are mostly rod-like shaped and motile by using one polar flagellum.
The Lachnospiraceae are a family of obligately anaerobic, variably spore-forming bacteria in the order Eubacteriales that ferment diverse plant polysaccharides to short-chain fatty acids and alcohols (ethanol). These bacteria are among the most abundant taxa in the rumen and the human gut microbiota. Members of this family may protect against colon cancer in humans by producing butyric acid. Lachnospiraceae have been found to contribute to diabetes in genetically susceptible (ob/ob) germ-free mice.
Gabonibacter is a genus from the family of Porphyromonadaceae which have been isolated from human sources.
Ignatzschineria is a genus of bacteria from the class Gammaproteobacteria. Ignatzschineria is named after Ignaz Rudolph Schiner.
Marinifilum is a genus of bacteria from the family of Marinifilaceae.
Alistipes timonensis is a Gram-negative and anaerobic bacterium from the genus of Alistipes which has been isolated from human faeces.
Thermanaerovibrio acidaminovorans is a moderately thermophilic and anaerobic bacterium from the genus of Thermanaerovibrio which has been isolated from granular methanogenic sludge from Breda in the Netherlands.
Idiomarinaceae is a Gram-negative and mesophilic family in the order of Alteromonadales. Bacteria of the family Idiomarinaceae occur in saline environments.
Paraglaciecola is a genus of bacteria from the family Alteromonadaceae.
Enorma timonensis is a Gram-positive, rod-shaped, non-endospore-forming and non-motile bacterium from the genus of Enorma which has been isolated from human feces.
Peptoniphilus coxii is a bacterium from the genus Peptoniphilus which has been isolated from human infections.
Peptoniphilus gorbachii is a Gram-positive and anaerobic bacterium from the genus Peptoniphilus which has been isolated from a human abscess from Los Angeles in the United States.
Peptoniphilus harei is a Gram-positive and anaerobic bacterium from the genus Peptoniphilus which has been isolated from humans.
Peptoniphilus ivorii is a bacterium from the genus of Peptoniphilus which has been isolated from a leg ulcer.
Peptoniphilus lacydonensis is a Gram-positive, anaerobic and microaerophilic bacterium from the genus Peptoniphilus which has been isolated from a patient with chronic refractory sinusitis.
Peptoniphilus methioninivorax is a Gram-positive and strictly anaerobic bacterium from the genus Peptoniphilus which has been isolated from ground beef from Farmington in the United States.
Peptoniphilus senegalensis is a Gram-positive, non-endospore-forming and non-motile bacterium from the genus Peptoniphilus which has been isolated from human feces from Dielmo in Senegal.
Niabella is a genus of bacteria from the family of Chitinophagaceae.
Taibaiella is a genus of bacteria from the family of Chitinophagaceae.
Sphingopyxis alaskensis is a bacterium from the genus of Sphingopyxis which has been isolated from seawater from Alaska.
