Perry Fitzpatrick [1] is an English actor. He is known for his roles as DS Chris Lomax in the BBC series Line of Duty , [2] [3] [4] Flip in This Is England '86 and This Is England '90 , [5] and Hot & Cold in Drifters . [6]

Early life

Fitzpatrick attended the Central Junior Television Workshop when he was 11. Whilst there, Fitzpatrick befriended Vicky McClure, with whom he later worked on This Is England '86, This Is England '90, I Am Nicola, the sixth series of Line of Duty and Without Sin. [7] [8] [9] [10] [11]

Career

In 2022, Fitzpatrick featured in crime drama Sherwood , alongside Lesley Manville and David Morrissey, [12] and Hullraisers . [13] In December 2022, Fitzpatrick once again starred alongside McClure, playing the latter's ex-husband in the ITV psychological thriller, Without Sin. [14] [15] [16]

Gates leads Tactical Operations Unit 20 (TO-20) which includes DS Matthew "Dot" Cottan and DC Nigel Morton. Supporting characters include Jackie Laverty, Jools Gates, Chief Superintendent Derek Hilton, Chief Inspector Philip Osborne, and Tommy Hunter. The series was created and written by Jed Mercurio, who also serves as a producer. Filming took place in Birmingham in late-2011. Five episodes were directed by David Caffrey and Douglas Mackinnon with cinematographer Ruairi O'Brien. Despite being censured by Ofcom, the series received mostly positive reviews and was nominated for multiple awards leading to the commission of a second series.

Jessica Raine stars in a single episode as DC Georgia Trotman. Beginning with this series, Dunbar and Parkinson are credited as main cast members in the opening credits. Supporting characters include DCC Mike Dryden, Jo Dwyer, DCS Lester Hargreaves, DC Nigel Morton, and Tommy Hunter. The series was created and written by Jed Mercurio, who also serves as an executive producer. Filming took place in Belfast in 2013. Lindsay Denton, a former DI, returns from the previous series as an officer formerly investigated by AC-12. Supporting characters include Gill Biggeloe, Chief Superintendent Terry Reynolds, DS Sam Railston, Joe Nash, Maneet Bindra, Chief Superintendent Patrick Fairbank, and DC Nigel Morton. Without Sin is a four-part British television drama series, written by Frances Poletti. It stars Vicky McClure as a mother whose life becomes entangled with her daughter's killer.
