First Choice Airways Limited was a British charter airline of European tour operator TUI Travel plc, based in Crawley, England until its merger with Thomsonfly to form Thomson Airways in 2008. It flew to more than 60 destinations worldwide from 14 UK and Irish airports. 70% of the airline's services were operated for its parent company, rising to 85% in the summer season, with the remainder on behalf of some 120 other tour operators. It also operated scheduled year-round leisure routes to Cyprus and the resorts of Spain and Portugal.

Sir Chung-kong Chow, FREng, FCGI, FIChemE, also known as Chow Chung-kong and C.K. Chow, is a Hong Kong businessman and government appointee. TUI Travel PLC was a British leisure travel group headquartered in Crawley, West Sussex. The company was formed on 3 September 2007 by the merger of First Choice Holidays PLC and the Tourism Division of TUI AG, which owned 56.4% of it. The company operated in 180 countries and claimed 30 million customers.
Stefan Pichler is a global airline and tourism Chief Executive. Most recently he was President and CEO of Royal Jordanian. Previously, Pichler was the Managing Director and CEO of Air Berlin, served as Managing Director and CEO of Fiji Airways, as the CEO of Jazeera Airways, Chairman and CEO of Thomas Cook AG and Chairman of the Bundesverband der Deutschen Tourismuswirtschaft, as well as Chairman of Fiji Tourism. Michael Frenzel is a German business executive. He was the chief executive officer of TUI AG from 1994 to 2013. Since 2018 he is a World Travel and Tourism Council ambassador. He studied law and holds a doctorate.
Hotelbeds is a travel technology company based in Palma, Majorca, Spain that operates a distribution channel for lodging businesses.
