Phillip Ssozi (born 23 July 1982) is a Ugandan retired international footballer.
Ssozi started his senior career in the Ugandan leading club SC Villa having won five national Championships in a row. In December 2003 he moved to Europe, to play for FK Srem in the Second League of Serbia and Montenegro. [1] That club is known for bringing many Ugandan players to Europe, but after ending that season, Ssozi was back to Africa, this time to play in Rwandan leading club APR FC from the country's capital Kigali. There he won that year, 2005, the Rwandan Premier League. After that season, he was back to Uganda where he first played in Kampala's Victor FC and, since 2007 is playing in another capital's club, the Express Red Eagles.
Since 1999, Ssozi had played 22 matches for the Uganda national football team, scoring 2 goals. [2]
David Obua is a Ugandan football coach and former professional football player. He is the current coach of URA FC in the Ugandan Premier League. He was appointed in November 2023. During his playing career, Obua played for Police FC, Raleigh Capital Express, Wilmington Hammerheads, Kaizer Chiefs and Heart of Midlothian in the Scottish Premier League. At international level, he represented Uganda national team and has a record of being the country's all-time goal scorer record in the Africa Nations Cup and World Cup qualifiers.

He won the league with Bunamwaya SC in 2010 and KCCA FC in 2016. He retired from professional football on 17 August 2021 after winning the StarTimes FUFA Big League Final with Arua Hill SC.
