Synopsis

Precious Hearts Romances Presents: Pintada is a love story between high school student Sev (Martin del Rosario) and his chemistry teacher, Lysa (Denise Laurel).

Lysa, a young woman admired for her beauty, experiences a life-changing event when a fire breaks out at the school where she works. In her attempt to rescue students, she sustains burns to a part of her face, resulting in the loss of her physical beauty and causing enduring emotional scars.

Lysa faced adversity in Cervantes after being blamed for a fire that took lives, including Mr. Sandejas, with whom she was rumored to have had an affair. Hated by the townsfolk and shamed by her disfigured face, Lysa served six years in prison. Despite planning to live alone, Noel persuaded her to return to Cervantes to restore her reputation and seek revenge on those who caused her suffering.
