Plaza del Sol (formerly Osceola Square Mall) is an indoor shopping mall in Kissimmee, Florida, United States. It is the only enclosed shopping center in Kissimmee, with over 50 specialty shops. Major tenants of the mall include Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Ross Dress for Less, dd's Discounts, Burlington, Planet Fitness, and Florida Technical College.
The mall opened as Osceola Square Mall in 1985. One of its original anchor stores was a 82,000-square-foot (7,600 m2) Walmart. [3] Other major tenants upon opening included Ross Dress for Less, J. Byrons (later Uptons), Morrison's Cafeteria, and Eckerd Corporation. [4]
In 1996, Walmart moved out of the mall in favor of a Supercenter further down U.S. Route 192. [5] One year later the former Walmart became a Bealls department store. [6]
In 2014, the mall received a Latino-themed makeover and was renamed to Plaza del Sol. [7]

The facility was developed by a Joint Venture of Eddie DeBartolo of DeBartolo Realty & JCP Realty, Inc. starting in 1979-1984; it is currently managed by Simon Property Group, which owns 50%, having fallen to Simon following the 1996 merger of Simon and DeBartolo Realty into Simon DeBartolo Group. Opened in 2002 as a property of the Belz Factory Outlets, it is owned and managed by Dezer Development. As Festival Bay Marketplace, the complex was 860,000 square feet (80,000 m2) in size with Bass Pro Shops, Boot Barn, Book Warehouse, Gods & Monsters, and Ron Jon Surf Shop as anchor stores. It also comprised several entertainment venues, including a Cinemark movie theater, Sky Zone Trampoline Park, Sky Trail Ropes Course and a Putting Edge glow-in-the-dark miniature golf course. Having failed twice as a shopping mall, the complex reopened in 2020 as Dezerland Park Orlando.
White Mountain Mall is a shopping mall located in Rock Springs, Wyoming owned and managed by Brookfield Properties. It is one of only three enclosed malls in the entire state of Wyoming. The mall, which opened in 1978, is located near Interstate 80/U.S. Route 30/191, and features over 40 stores.
