Pop My Culture was a podcast hosted by comedic actors and improvisers Cole Stratton and Vanessa Ragland. Broadcast approximately weekly, it is an informal, conversational show about movies, television, music, gossip, etc. with the two hosts and their celebrity guests. The show was named the #2 Best Comedy Podcast of the Moment by Rolling Stone, [1] one of the Top 20 Comedy Podcasts of 2013 by Paste Magazine, [2] and one of 10 Favorite Comedy Podcasts by IFC.com. [3] and Mashable.com. [4] The show launched March 2, 2010 with inaugural guest Samm Levine, and joined the Nerdist Network [5] of shows in December 2011. They have done live recordings at SF Sketchfest, The Rooftop Comedy Festival in Aspen, Co., the LA Podfest, the 2015 Wondercon in Anaheim, CA, and the 2016 Wondercon in Los Angeles, CA.

The Podcast concluded in January 2017, with their 213th and final episode, recorded live at SF Sketchfest with guests Paul F. Tompkins, Samm Levine and Rhett Miller.

The Thrilling Adventure Hour was a staged production and podcast in the style of old time radio that was held monthly at Largo, a Los Angeles nightclub located in the former Coronet Theatre. The show ran from March 2005 to April 2015. Each episode featured three non-serialized segments as well as songs and commercials from fictional sponsors. The show was written by Ben Acker and Ben Blacker; and directed by Aaron Ginsburg. The show's original songs were written by Acker & Blacker with the composer and band leader Andy Paley.

Earwolf is an American comedy podcasting network founded by Scott Aukerman and Jeff Ullrich in August 2010. In 2011, they announced a partnership with Funny Or Die. Nerdist Industries, LLC is part of the digital division of Legendary Entertainment. Nerdist Industries was founded as a sole podcast created by Chris Hardwick but later spread to include a network of podcasts, a premium content YouTube channel, a news division, and a television version of the original podcast produced by and aired on BBC America.

<i>Come to Papa</i> (podcast) Comedy podcast

Come To Papa was a comedy podcast co-hosted by Tom Papa and Paul C. Morrissey. The show is named after Come to Papa, a cancelled 2004 sitcom created by and starring Papa. The podcast is part of the All Things Comedy podcast network. Time Out magazine named Come To Papa the Best Podcast of 2013. Papa has also hosted a live version of the show, which was recorded for Sirius XM, with scripted sketches performed by comedians, stand-up sets and musical guests. Guests on the show have included Jerry Seinfeld, Mel Brooks, Rob Zombie, Carl Reiner, Dick Cavett, and Ray Romano. Cynthia Koury-Papa, Tom Papa's wife, has made guest appearances on the podcast for the 2012 Christmas episode, 2015 Live at Largo episode, and the 2017 SF Sketchfest episode. Tom Papa was busy publishing a book, hosting a new Food Network show, and doing a stand-up comedy tour in 2018 in addition to the podcast.

<i>Hollywood Handbook</i> Comedy podcast

Hollywood Handbook is a weekly comedy podcast hosted by Hayes Davenport and Sean Clements. Episodes generally consist of Davenport, Clements, and a guest offering advice, telling stories, and doing segments, all in a highly satirical, absurdist manner. Guests have included Donald Glover, Ellie Kemper, Aubrey Plaza, Kumail Nanjiani, Nick Kroll, Patton Oswalt, Nick Wiger, and Sharon Horgan. The show has been described as "essentially a mockery of entertainment niceties — with Clements and Davenport taunting industry bigwigs [...] about whatever projects they are promoting, all while pleading to be involved with them".
