William Frederick Burr is an American comedian, actor, writer and podcaster. He has released multiple stand-up comedy specials, including You People Are All the Same (2012), I'm Sorry You Feel That Way (2014), Walk Your Way Out (2017), and Paper Tiger (2019). He received a Grammy Award nomination for Paper Tiger, as well as a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for the dark comedy series Immoral Compass (2021–present). In 2017, Rolling Stone ranked him at No. 17 on their list of the "50 Best Stand-Up Comics of All Time".

Hollywood Handbook is a weekly comedy podcast hosted by Hayes Davenport and Sean Clements. Episodes generally consist of Davenport, Clements, and a guest offering advice, telling stories, and doing segments, all in a highly satirical, absurdist manner. Guests have included Donald Glover, Ellie Kemper, Aubrey Plaza, Kumail Nanjiani, Nick Kroll, Patton Oswalt, Nick Wiger, and Sharon Horgan. The show has been described as "essentially a mockery of entertainment niceties — with Clements and Davenport taunting industry bigwigs [...] about whatever projects they are promoting, all while pleading to be involved with them".

<i>Doughboys</i> (podcast) Chain restaurant review podcast

Doughboys is an audio podcast hosted by Mike Mitchell and Nick Wiger focused on reviewing chain restaurants, including fast food restaurants, fast casual restaurants, and sit-down restaurants. The podcast started in May 2015, and began offering bonus episodes for Patreon supporters in March 2017 under the name Doughboys Double. The theme music for both Doughboys and Doughboys Double were composed and produced by Michael Cassady. Doughboys joined the Headgum network in April 2018, after having previously been members of the Feral Audio network until its disbandment.

<i>Thirst Aid Kit</i> Pop culture podcast

Thirst Aid Kit is a podcast about celebrity lust and sexual desire hosted by journalist Bim Adewunmi and writer Nichole Perkins. The podcast premiered on November 1, 2017, and the finale episode aired on September 17, 2020. It was officially produced by BuzzFeed until January 2019 and was picked up by Slate in September 2019.

She was nominated for an Emmy for her work on Robot Chicken in 2020.

Janelle James is an American comedian, actress, and writer. She is best known for her role as Ava Coleman in the ABC television series Abbott Elementary, for which she won a Screen Actors Guild Award, and an NAACP Image Award, in addition to nominations for three Primetime Emmy Awards, and a Golden Globe Award.

Beach too Sandy, Water too Wet is a comedy podcast hosted by siblings Alex (Xandy) and Christine Schiefer. The podcast, featuring dramatic readings of one-star reviews of hyper local and national topics, launched in autumn 2018 and in January 2022 had more than 100,000 listeners. Updated weekly, the hosts challenge one another on specific topics and themes.

<i>Black Men Cant Jump (In Hollywood)</i> American comedy film review podcast

Black Men Can't Jump [In Hollywood] is a comedic podcast that reviews the films of leading black actors and other actors of color and analyzes them in the context of how well the film truly promotes race diversity in Hollywood. The podcast had its inaugural episode on July 26, 2015. Most episodes focus on a single movie starring a leading actor of color. The podcast is hosted by Jonathan Braylock, Jerah Milligan, and James III. The podcast began on the Headgum network before moving to the Forever Dog network.
