One Wall Centre, also known as the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre North Tower, is a 48-storey, 157.8 m (518 ft) skyscraper hotel with residential condominiums in the Wall Centre development at 1088 Burrard Street in Downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The tower was designed by Perkins+Will Canada, and completed in 2001, and went on to win the Emporis Skyscraper Award for the Best New Skyscraper the same year. As of 2023 it is the sixth-tallest building in the city.
The Midtown Exchange is a historic structure and mixed-use building located in the Midtown neighborhood of Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States. It is the second-largest building in Minnesota in terms of leasable space, after the Mall of America. It was built in 1928 as a retail and mail-order catalog facility for Sears, which occupied it until 1994. It lay vacant until 2005, when it was transformed into multipurpose commercial space. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as the Sears, Roebuck and Company Mail-Order Warehouse and Retail Store.

Beyond that, the road officially becomes Varthur Road, but since the real estate boom started around 2003, builders have started calling the stretch between the Airport and the Marathahalli Outer Ring Road as Old Airport Road. Even so, due to the high significance of this road it has achieved due to its high accessibility for reaching Whitefield.

Also under construction is Dubailand, which will be almost twice the size of the Walt Disney World Resort.
The Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, previously the Golden Sands Tower, is a 43-floor hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The building, constructed of steel and glass, has a total structural height of 166 m (545 ft), and currently stands as the 40th-tallest structure in the Dubai. Construction of the tower began in 2005 and was completed in early 2007. The hotel is operated by Marriott International, and stands as one of the tallest all-hotel structures in the city.

The hotel and convention center are planned to be part of the same 55-story building. The hotel will include 1,800 rooms over the approximately 600,000 square feet (55,742 m2) convention center. One proposed residential building known as the Miami Worldcenter Signature Tower may rise to the maximum 749 feet (228 m) above sea level permitted in that area. The project will connect with the Brightline higher-speed rail system's MiamiCentral station. Additionally, the Freedom Tower Metromover station was renovated in 2021 and 2022.
