Pretty Little Demons was an American pop rock duo formed in Los Angeles, California, in 2012 by guitarist and vocalist Lydia Night and drummer Marlhy Murphy. [1] [2] [3] They are the youngest group to have played South by Southwest [4] and have performed onstage with Brett Anderson of The Donnas and Exene Cervenka of X. [5] Both Murphy and Night went on to form punk rock band The Regrettes in 2015. [6] L.J. Williamson of LA Weekly described the band as the "Best Band To Blow A Little Girl's Mind". [7]

Musical style

The band's musical style has been categorized as pop rock, power punk, [3] garage rock, [8] and pop punk, [9] citing influences including John Bonham, Bloc Party, Arctic Monkeys, Fleetwood Mac, Alison Mosshart, The Marvelettes, Diana Ross and Four Tops. [10] Brett Anderson of The Donnas said that "They work hard, play harder, and their songwriting skills belie their years." [5]

Ron Gallo is an American musician, singer, songwriter and artist. He began a solo career in 2014, after fronting various bands including Philadelphia-based band Toy Soldiers and since then has released four albums, Heavy Meta, Stardust Birthday Party, Really Nice Guys (EP), PEACEMEAL and FOREGROUND MUSIC. Stylistically Gallo has shifted from release to release with his recent albums exploring art rock and garage punk. During live performances 2016 - 2019 Gallo was backed by bassist Joe Bisirri and drummer Dylan Sevey.

Destroy Boys are an American punk rock band formed in Sacramento, California, in 2015. In 2017, they were nominated for awards in the 25th Sacramento Area Music Awards in the categories "New Artist", "Punk/post-punk" and "Teen" and in 2018 was the highest-voted contestant in Do The Bay's contest to play Noise Pop Festival. Their second album Make Room was included in Maximumrocknroll's top 10 albums of 2018.
