Qamar Abbas (born 1 September 1989, Faisalabad) [1] is a freestyle wrestler from Pakistan.
At the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Abbas reached the final of the 74 kg freestyle event, where he lost to India's Sushil Kumar. [2]
Yogeshwar Dutt is an Indian freestyle wrestler. At the 2012 Summer Olympics, he won the bronze medal in the 60 kg category. He was awarded the Padma Shri by the Government of India in 2013. He won gold medals at the 2010 and the 2014 Commonwealth Games.
Sushil Kumar is a former Indian wrestler and two-time Olympic medallist. Satpal Singh, also known as Guru Satpal, is a wrestling coach and former wrestler of India. He was a gold medalist in 1982 Asian Games and a bronze medalist in 1974 Asian Games. Today he is better known as the coach of Olympic medal winners Sushil Kumar and Ravi Kumar Dahiya.

Anuj Kumar Chaudhary is a retired amateur Indian freestyle wrestler, who competed in the men's light heavyweight category. He achieved top ten finishes in the 74-kg division at the Asian Games, scored two silver medals at the Commonwealth Games and two bronze at the Asian Wrestling Championships, and also represented his nation India at the 2004 Summer Olympics. Before his sporting career ended in 2010, Kumar trained at Guru Hanuman Akhara.

Currently he is employed in the Maharashtra Police as a deputy superintendent of police. He is fondly called "Nana" by his friends and family.

The men's 74 kg freestyle wrestling competition at the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast, Australia was held on 12 April at the Carrara Sports and Leisure Centre. Sushil Kumar from India won the gold medal and Johanes Botha from South Africa won the silver.
Ravi Kumar Dahiya, also known as Ravi Kumar or Ravi Dahiya, is an Indian freestyle wrestler who won a silver medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics in the 57 kg category. Dahiya is also a bronze medallist from 2019 World Wrestling Championships and a three-time Asian champion. At the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, he won the gold medal in the men's 57kg freestyle wrestling category.
