RANS Simba Bogor is an Indonesian professional basketball team currently playing in the Indonesian Basketball League (IBL), based in the city of Bogor, West Java. It was formerly known as RANS PIK Basketball and were playing in Pantai Indah Kapuk for the first seasons of the club's existence before its move to Bogor before the upcoming IBL season. [3] [4]

The club's owner is famous Indonesian celebrity Raffi Ahmad and the club's president is also famous Indonesian celebrity Gading Marten. [5]

The 2022 Indonesian Basketball League was the seventh season since the re-branding by Starting5. After successfully implemented the "bubble" system in last year's season, IBL decided to return into the Series format with the supporters are returning into stadium. The season would be held with implementing strict health protocols that recommended by the government. The regular season began on 15 January 2022 and was suspended on 2 February 2022 until 3 March 2022, then the remaining series at the regular season in Yogyakarta, Solo, Surabaya, Denpasar, as well as the post season in Bandung has been cancelled as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The series return again to "bubble" after many players get Covid-19.

The 2022–23 Liga 2 was the sixth season of the Liga 2 under its current name and the 13th season under its current league structure. 28 teams, an increase of four teams from the previous season's campaign, participated for the season.

The Perbanas Rhinos Men's Basketball team represents Perbanas Institute in Jakarta, Indonesia. They are a member of the Liga Mahasiswa (LIMA).
