E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase RLIM is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the RLIM gene. [5] [6]
The protein encoded by this gene is a RING-H2 zinc finger protein. It has been shown to be a ubiquitin protein ligase that targets LIM domain binding 1 (LDB1/CLIM), and causes proteasome-dependent degradation of LDB1. This protein and LDB1 are co-repressors of LHX1/LIM-1, a homeodomain transcription factor. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been reported. [6] Functions in female mice as a regulator of X chromosome inactivation .
RNF12 has been shown to interact with Estrogen receptor alpha. [7]
POU class 1 homeobox 1, also known as pituitary-specific positive transcription factor 1 (PIT1), POU domain, class 1, transcription factor 1 (POU1F1) and growth hormone factor 1 (GHF1), is a transcription factor for growth hormone encoded by the gene POU1F1.
LIM domain kinase 1 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the LIMK1 gene.
LIM domain only 2, also known as LMO2, RBTNL1, RBTN2, RHOM2, LIM Domain Only Protein 2, TTG2, and T-Cell Translocation Protein 2, is a protein which in humans is encoded by the LMO2 gene.

PDZ domain-containing RING finger protein 3 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the PDZRN3 gene.
LIM homeobox 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the LHX1 gene. This gene encodes a member of a large protein family which contains the LIM domain, a unique cysteine-rich zinc-binding domain. The encoded protein is a transcription factor important for control of differentiation and development of neural and lymphoid cells. It is also key in development of renal and urogenital systems and is required for normal organogenesis. A similar protein in mice is an essential regulator of the vertebrate head organizer.
LIM/homeobox protein Lhx4 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the LHX4 gene.
LIM/homeobox protein Lhx2 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the LHX2 gene.
In molecular biology, the LIM domain-binding protein family is a family of proteins which binds to the LIM domain of LIM homeodomain proteins which are transcriptional regulators of development.
