Ra'ad Sa'ad (Arabic : رائد سعد) is a senior commander in the Al‑Qassam Brigades, Hamas’s military wing. He holds the position of Head of Operations Division, overseeing critical military infrastructure, including rocket production, tunnel networks, and hidden command posts in Gaza. [1] [2]
Raʿad Saʿad is known primarily for his leadership role in Hamas’s military wing, he oversaw crucial aspects such as weapons manufacturing and tunnel operations. He frequently served as a key operational planner in southern and Gaza City divisions. [3]
