The film follows MLA Raja as he investigates an acid attack case involving the MLA's brother.

The film was rumoured to be produced by the Indian Congress. [1] The film has a scene similar to the nude scene in Pratighatana (1985). [2]

Reception

A critic from The Times of India wrote that "After going overboard in Mental Krishna, Posani comes up with a restrained performance this time". [3] A critic from 123telugu said that "Give it a miss… this is only for hardcore Posani fans". [4] A critic from Filmibeat opined that "The dialogues on police department, politics and corruption by Posani are thought-provoking. The film has nothing to offer on entertainment front as most of the film has no comedy track". [5] A critic from Nowrunning said that "If handled with a little sophistication this movie could have been a good one as theme is current and socially relevant". [6] A critic from Full Hyderabad stated that "There are bad films and worse films, but few strive so hard to be truly offensive. If you're ever caught in this one, all we'll say is, flush it and forget it". [7]
