Randy K. Whisler (born June 16,1962) is an American baseball player and coach. He was a first base coach for the Cincinnati Reds of Major League Baseball in 2004 and 2005.
Whisler attended Klamath Union High School in Klamath Falls,Oregon. He attended Oklahoma State University,where he played college baseball for the Oklahoma State Cowboys as a shortstop and second baseman. [1] [2] With the Cowboys,he played in the College World Series each year from 1982 to 1985. [3] He then played in the Toronto Blue Jays organization as a second baseman for two years. [2]
Whisler became a minor league infield coach in Toronto's organization,before he returned to Oklahoma State. He completed his bachelor's degree and earned a master's degree in athletic administration [3] while serving as an assistant coach for the Cowboys in 1988 and 1989. [4] Whisler joined the Texas Rangers organization as a coach with the Gastonia Rangers of the Single-A South Atlantic League in 1990 and 1991. He coached for the Tulsa Drillers of the Double-A Texas League from 1992 to 1994. [4] In 1995,he became the coach of Edmonds College. [5]
Whisler became the manager of the Arizona League Padres. In 2000,he coached the Las Vegas Stars. [6] He then became the minor league field instructor for the Florida Marlins. [4]
Whisler spent the 2004 and 2005 seasons as the Cincinnati Reds coach. [7] After staying out of professional baseball for a year,he became a coach for the Oklahoma City RedHawks for the 2007 season. [3] He later became the head coach for Victory Christian School in Tulsa. [8]
Whisler and his wife,Mary,have three children. They settled in Broken Arrow,Oklahoma. [3]

They are located in Oklahoma City,Oklahoma,and play their home games at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark,which opened in 1998 in the city's Bricktown district.
The Tulsa Drillers are a minor league baseball team based in Tulsa,Oklahoma. The team,which plays in the Texas League,is the Double-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers major-league club.
Christopher Michael Woodward is an American former professional baseball utility player,coach and manager. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Toronto Blue Jays,New York Mets,Atlanta Braves,Seattle Mariners,and Boston Red Sox,from 1999 through 2012. He then served as a coach for the Mariners and Los Angeles Dodgers,from 2014 through 2018 and managed the Texas Rangers from 2019 to 2022. He is currently a special assistant and roving instructor for the Dodgers.

William Joseph Haselman is an American professional baseball coach and former player. He played as a catcher in Major League Baseball (MLB) for 13 seasons between 1990 and 2003. A first-round selection in the 1987 MLB draft,he played for the Texas Rangers,Seattle Mariners,Boston Red Sox and Detroit Tigers. He previously was the bullpen coach and first base coach for the Red Sox and the third base coach for the Los Angeles Angels. He has also served as a manager in Minor League Baseball.

He played for the Cleveland Indians,the San Francisco Giants,and the Texas Rangers in Major League Baseball as well as the Samsung Lions in the Korea Baseball Organization. Garko was seen by former ESPN reporter John Sickels as a good hitter who hit to all parts of the field,but with poor defensive instincts. Through 2010,he had a .275 career average,427 hits,55 home runs,and 250 RBI in 463 games.

He batted left-handed and threw right-handed,and stood 6 feet 1 inch (1.85 m) tall and weighed 190 pounds (86 kg) in his playing days.
