Raymond Wong Hung Chiu GBS JP (born 29 July 1957),is the previous Permanent Secretary for the Civil Service Bureau of Hong Kong.
Wong was joined the Government in the Administrative Service in August 1980,served in various bureau and departments,including the Security Branch Commissioner for Narcotics from January to December 1996. In January 1997 to July as the Chief Secretary's Office Deputy Director of the Handover Ceremony Co-ordination Office,and in August 1997 to July 2001 as Deputy Secretary for Security. From July 2001 to August 2003 as Commissioner of Customs and Excise,and in July 2002 promoted to Administrative Officer Staff Grade. From August 2003 to October 2006 appointed as Commissioner,Independent Commission Against Corruption. [1] [2] After Fanny Law resigned as Permanent Secretary for Education of Hong Kong,he was appointed as her replacement on the same day. From 2010,Wong was appointed as Permanent Secretary for the Civil Service.

Rafael Hui Si-yan is a former Chief Secretary for Administration of Hong Kong and career civil servant. Hui has been dubbed "Old Master Hui" (許老爺) and "Fat Dragon" (肥龍). Hui was appointed as a Justice of the Peace on 1986 and received the honour of Gold Bauhinia Star in 1998. On 19 December 2014,he was convicted and sentenced to imprisonment for misconduct in public office and bribery,and stripped of his honours and titles in March 2018. He was released in December 2019.
The High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region is a part of the legal system of Hong Kong. It consists of the Court of Appeal and the Court of First Instance;it deals with criminal and civil cases which have risen beyond the lower courts. It is a superior court of record of unlimited civil and criminal jurisdiction. It was named the Supreme Court before 1997. Though previously named the Supreme Court,this Court has long been the local equivalent to the Senior Courts of England and Wales and has never been vested with the power of final adjudication.
The Commissioner of the Independent Commission Against Corruption heads the body that is responsible for investigating corruption in both the public and private realms in Hong Kong. The ICAC was created in 1974 to deal with the corruption then endemic in Hong Kong's government departments and disciplined services.
Fanny Law Fan Chiu-fun is a former non-official member of the Executive Council of Hong Kong. She was awarded the Grand Bauhinia Medal (GBM) by the Hong Kong SAR Government in 2017.
The Hong Kong order of precedence is a nominal and symbolic hierarchy of important positions within the Government of Hong Kong. Administered by the government's Protocol Division,the hierarchy does not determine the order of succession for the office of Chief Executive,which is instead specified by the Basic Law of Hong Kong.

In Hong Kong,the Political Appointments System is a scheme introduced by then chief executive Donald Tsang in 2008 to reinforce the government's ministerial team by superseding the Principal Officials Accountability System and inserting two layers of politically appointed officials below the secretaries,who are political appointees. These appointees report only to the secretaries,but not the permanent secretaries,the highest-ranking civil servants. The appointment of undersecretaries and political assistants is an extension of the previous RPAS that was initially confined to principal officials. Prior to the introduction,there were 14 political appointees—3 Secretaries of Departments and 11 Directors of Bureaux.

Shelley Lee Lai-kuen is a former senior official in the Hong Kong Government. She was known as Shelley Lau with her full name Shelley Lau Lee Lai-kuen before she divorced in 2000. Lee retired in 2005 from the civil service as the permanent secretary for home affairs,after a distinguished 34-year career in public service. Lee has made exemplary contributions to the development of Hong Kong and is well respected for her compassion towards those in difficulties.

Warner Cheuk Wing Hing is a Hong Kong administrative officer,former police officer,currently deputy chief secretary for administration,and former permanent secretary of the Innovation and Technology Bureau. After his civil service career,he briefly served as director of the Dialogue Office of the Policy Innovation and Coordination Office. Served as a consultant to the financial secretary's private office. In July 2022,he was appointed as the deputy secretary for administration of the Hong Kong Government.
