Real Jazz is a Sirius XM Satellite Radio station devoted to traditional jazz, contemporary jazz and bebop music. It can be heard on XM channel 67 [1] (previously it was on 70), Sirius channel 67 [2] (previously 72) and Dish Network channel 6072. Until February 9, 2010, it was heard on DirecTV channel 850. The program director is Mark Ruffin; former PD Maxx Myrick is still heard as an on-air personality.
The channel bills itself as "Swinging from Coast to Coast". Real Jazz replaced the Sirius channel Pure Jazz.
Playboy Radio was an internet radio station originally launched on XM Satellite Radio on September 1, 2002. Its programming was dedicated to similar topics and celebrity personalities found in its parent publication, Playboy Magazine. It was XM's first premium station — offered à la carte on top of the base XM subscription price. Playboy Radio gained a healthy following, including a dedicated group of Night Calls fans that established a strong online presence, although some complained the station offered too little content for the monthly premium.

BPM is a current-based electronic dance music channel offered by Sirius XM Radio, operating on XM channel 51, Sirius channel 51 and Dish Network channel 6051. DirecTV carried this channel on channel 859 until February 9, 2010. BPM can be heard on channel 51 for both services and Dish Network 6051 BPM features Geronimo, the Program Director, on weekdays 7-10am, Rida Naser on weekdays 10am-2pm, Ben Harvey on weekdays 2-6pm, Danny Valentino on Saturdays 10am-3pm and Sundays 12-5pm, Mallory Lynne on Saturdays 3-6pm and Sundays 5-9pm and Liquid Todd on weeknights 6-11pm.
Faction Talk is a subscription-based channel on the satellite radio service Sirius XM Radio. The channel first aired on XM on August 6, 2004 as xL High Voltage in preparation for the launch of the American radio show Opie and Anthony several months later, and required subscribers to purchase the channel as a premium, until 2005.

One could also vote their favorite songs by calling the station number (866-553-2020), or text messaging, Sirius XM Love moved from Sirius 3, XM 23 and Dish Network 6003 to Sirius XM Radio 17 and Dish Network 6017 as part of the May 4 channel lineup.

Metropolitan Opera Radio is an all-opera radio station on Sirius Satellite Radio channel 75 and XM Satellite Radio channel 75. Originally on channel 85, Met Opera Radio was shifted to channel 78 on June 24, 2008. In December 2020 it was moved again — this time to channel 355. It is also on Dish Network channel 6078. It carries live broadcasts from the Metropolitan Opera two to three times each week during the opera season. In addition, throughout the day performances are presented from among the 1,500 recorded broadcasts in the Metropolitan Opera radio broadcast archives. The channel's host and announcer for the live broadcasts is Mary Jo Heath. The producers are Ellen Keel, John Bischoff, Matthew Principe, with William Berger as writer and commentator. Family Talk is a Christian focused talk radio channel on the Sirius XM Radio service Sirius channel 161 and XM channel 131. It replaced FamilyNet Radio's Sirius XM feed on November 30, 2010. It was added to XM Radio Canada on April 1, 2007. The station remained on Sirius 161 until May 4, 2011 when Sirius XM moved the station on both XM and Sirius to Channel 131.
SIRIUS Left was Sirius Satellite Radio's liberal talk channel. It featured personalities such as Lynn Samuels, Bill Press, Alex Bennett, Mike Malloy, Ed Schultz, Thom Hartmann and Mark Thompson. It was also one of the Sirius XM-owned channels to be exclusive to Sirius and not heard on XM In June 2008, Sirius Canada added the Sirius Left channel to its lineup.

Sixx Sense was a nationally syndicated rock radio show broadcast from Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles and heard on over 115 radio stations. It was also available on iHeartRadio in The United States and Canada. The iHeartRadio channel intersperses active rock and alternative rock with talk from hosts Nikki Sixx and Jenn Marino. Sixx Sense was one of eleven channels produced by Clear Channel for broadcast on XM Satellite Radio. Other Clear Channel XM stations include: America's Talk, Extreme Talk, ReachMD, and Talk Radio; as well as simulcasts of Fox Sports Radio, KIIS-FM, WGCI-FM, WHTZ, WLTW, and WSIX-FM. Advertising sales are handled by Premiere Networks.
