SiriusXMU (formerly XMU, and known as Sirius U on Sirius Canada, although Sirius receivers list it as Sirius XM U) is an indie pop, indie rock, unsigned artist music channel on XM Satellite Radio channel 35 [1] (previously 43).
On November 12, 2008, it was added to Sirius 26 (replacing the Left of Center channel), moving to Sirius 35 on May 4, 2011, [2] and Dish Network channel 6026. Until February 9, 2010, it was on DirecTV channel 831. The XM DJs were replaced with Sirius DJs, and acquired its current name, even though the channel is still listed as X043-FM by Mediabase. Sirius XM describes the channel as "North America's Indie Rock Station" and primarily airs artists who are signed to independent labels. The channel frequently plays songs from an artist's full album instead of just the singles. TheWall Street Journal has described XMU as "XM's alternative-music channel". [3]
From July 15 to July 25 of 2020, XMU temporarily became the Beastie Boys Channel as one of many limited-run stations devoted to a specific artist. [4]

The Verge is a Sirius XM Canada channel featuring new and emerging rock bands from Canada. The channel is produced in Toronto, Ontario for the entire SiriusXM platform. The channel's former names included Unsigned, and (un)Signed, which indicated that the channel played a combination of signed and unsigned bands. A few American songs, such as Hard Sun by Eddie Vedder are played on the channel. In August 2015, The Verge was added to the Sirius channel lineup.
Top 20 on 20 was a commercial-free, interactive hit music satellite radio station. It was on channel 3 on Sirius XM Radio. The channel played everything new from rock to rap, with the songs chosen by online votes to the XM website. One could also vote their favorite songs by calling the station number (866-553-2020), or text messaging, Sirius XM Love moved from Sirius 3, XM 23 and Dish Network 6003 to Sirius XM Radio 17 and Dish Network 6017 as part of the May 4 channel lineup.
Pop2K is a commercial-free all-2000s radio station that is broadcast on Sirius XM Radio. It is located on channel 10, and Dish Network 6010 and 099-10. It plays a range of top 40 hits from 2000 to 2009. Originally, some music would come from the late 1990s. The channel is also used for XM's annual pop music chronology, IT. Starting in late 2009, the station started to play more deeper cuts and not the popular hits from the decade, to give it a more or less nostalgic flavor that the decades stations have. By 2010, no new 2010s music has been played unless it is left over from 2009, making it a 2000s-only station. By December 18, 2009, Mediabase ceased reporting the channel's playlist.
